The Power Of Inner Harmony

This transmission guides you into a deeper state of inner harmony – the space where all parts of you can coexist, not in conflict, but in union.

Shadow and light. Masculine and feminine. Power and softness. True freedom arises not from choosing one or the other, but from integrating both.

You don’t have to perform your power. You don’t have to try to be loved. When your internal world is harmonized, these qualities flow through you naturally.

This is not a journey of fixing. It’s a path of integration. Of embodying all that you are, and then freely choosing how to express in each moment.

Harmony is wholeness. Wholeness is freedom. Integration is power.

So today we're exploring inner harmony and harmony is different from peace. Peace you can have in any moment and that's not so much dependent on anything because you can say you can find peace in everything and anything ultimately that's your will that's your power that you can stay free and find peace no matter what's happening but today we're exploring harmony and harmony is a little bit different from peace. Harmony requires you can say a balance or you can say a union a perfect dynamic or dance between two different energies or parts of you and these two parts could be anything that may be in conflict in you. So for example it could be a shadow aspect of you and the other side of that could be the positive quality in you which you like which you prefer but the opposite of that the shadow quality that you may have some triggers about that you may not prefer that may not be in harmony with each other. In the same way you would have masculine within and the feminine within that's also two parts of you and if they're not in harmony that's not perfectly synchronized that's not balanced and it's not to say that you need to be in balance 50 50 all the time all I'm saying is that harmony requires a relationship between two parts of you so if you don't have that relationship it's going to be in conflict so that's the message for today is how can we find harmony between two parts of us that's what we explore today inside you as you know the outside is just a reflection so whatever needs to be harmonized you will be reflected back from the outside world from the people that you will notice if you pay attention if you learn if you're open but the work is inside the work is not outside outside is just a reflection it's a feedback the work that you do inside is the source of it so I would love you to take a part of you that could be anything as I said it could be a shadow aspect or it could be the inner masculine inner feminine or the shadow and the light aspect and see the conflict first in you how it's not completely in harmony it's not in a very nice good relationship it's a little bit of some miscommunication some misunderstanding some separation distance and you first just notice that that yeah I can see that I can feel that within me and as you do that see if you can let these two parts of you kind of like come together in a friendly environment where you're not judging where we are not trying to fix or resolve anything but simply holding them both in presence in understanding and you can just imagine these two parts of you coming together in union in unity in harmony and when you have that when you notice these two aspects coming inside you and being harmonized you get a sense of power you get a sense of wholeness completeness whether it's a union of a shadow and light within you or it's a union of masculine and feminine within you you feel powerful and complete and notice that the expression is still up to you how you express in this world either through darkness or shadow or through light is up to you but at least you have the power within you at least you're in touch with that part of you at least it's not in conflict with you at least it's harmonized within you integrated within you same with masculine and feminine maybe you want to express more in a feminine way or a masculine way totally up to you and also changes situation by situation but are you in touch with everything within you that's where your power lies that's where your freedom is and that's when you feel totally harmonized within yourself so just continue to bathe into that union harmony and whatever insights you may get from here as i'm speaking just let it sink in let it download in your body in your system not just in your mind let it balance you in your most authentic unique way that is needed right now see nothing is really bad or wrong it's just a matter of integration it's just a matter of understanding and embodiment of your complete self and then you choose then you're more free to choose how you express in this world how you move in this world because you have access to all of it you have access to power within you power of harmony power of wholeness and from there you make free choices not the choices that are not even free because you are acting from traumas patterns conditioning programming and always in conflict and triggers that's not freedom but you can set yourself free if you do this work more and more you will feel free from inside because that's your true nature and so with this harmony work we are coming back to our true nature instead of only identifying ourselves with light or with masculine or feminine or with some people even identify themselves with shadow and darkness what if you could just completely be all of it and then freely choose to express as you want in each situation and you will notice that the intelligence will work through you as you harmonize more and more so perfectly so beautifully that you don't even have to think about it anymore so much you would just be a powerful being a loving being automatically by default not by trying to be loving not by trying to be powerful not by trying to be free but you will be free because that's who you are and all the mental effort or any kind of other effort will not be needed but first harmonize and just by listening to this you already may notice that openness within you that harmony within you coming together that union the dynamic resolving the conflicts completely dissolving the paradox making sense and clarity beyond mind rushing through you it's the clarity of an energy it's an energetic clarity rather than only mental clarity because after energetic clarity the mental clarity follows from that because the intelligence flows through you but if you try only mental clarity you will stay stuck and confused in all this conflict because we have not harmonized internally the energies within us so it's all energy work ultimately because we are energy so continue to bathe in harmony in your energetic field and you will notice the shift don't think about anything outside don't worry about other people just work internally like this and you will notice reflections that will give you feedback so you take it from there moment by moment harmonizing and enjoy the process enjoy the ride
