Take a moment to settle down and be undistracted from the outside world,
From your life and just be in a comfortable position where you can relax and be alert at the same time so that your brain is not active,
It is relaxed but at the same time it is not deactivated as in it's not sleeping because in that meditativeness we can then inquire,
We can then seek and find and know ourselves and breathing is a good way to get into that meditativeness so if it helps you can breathe deeply for a few times at your own pace,
Whatever you are comfortable with take it even a little bit further than that and take deep breaths almost like you are cleansing your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit of everything that you have been dealing with and that you know,
Unknow everything and forget everything few more deep breaths so that the nervous system knows that it is safe and it is okay to go beyond the human activities,
Mental or physical and seek what is more important,
What is more true and now set the intention,
Plant the seed that in this meditation you want to know yourself,
You want to know your true self just ask yourself,
Who am I?
And don't need to come up with any answer,
Just plant that seed,
Who am I?
And answers may come but ignore those answers and go even further,
Say I still don't know who I am I want to know even more deeply,
Intimately,
I want to know better,
Even more,
Even clearer,
Even sharper so set this intention that I want to know who I am,
This is my will now that you have set this intention,
Take a moment to identify,
To become aware of your human self which is most prominent,
Which is most obvious that okay,
There is this human and it feels that this is me but for now just observe that human,
Its tendencies,
Its programming,
Its ways of thinking,
The way it feels in the body,
Sensations,
Emotions just notice that human self,
So this would be I am whatever your name is,
So whatever we identify ourselves with we can say I am dash whatever your name so this is the most obvious as I said,
Now since you are able to see it,
We are going to take one layer deeper so we are going to peel off the layer and we are going to come back to I am instead of I am this,
Because whenever you are doing I am this there is somebody prior to that who is pointing I am this,
There is a subject and then there is an object because the mouth,
The mind,
All these are instruments to say that I am this,
But who is saying I am and then this so take a step further and come back to I am itself which is saying it or thinking it so that is the more deeper layer of your soul which is prior to the identification with human focus on I am,
Just I am,
The beingness of that you are,
Not with any attribute of this or that,
Because it is before this or that so get in the sense of I am without words,
Without labels and you can always ask yourself are you and you are going to say I am and who is saying that,
Who is responding to that and it is not located anywhere so you may think that this I am is located in the mind who is responding to that but mind is just a tool,
Just like your eyes are tools,
Body instruments,
But on a soul level where is your soul located,
It is just this I am the same awareness is in me that is in you,
So you can call that the material of existence and any sound that you hear,
See that that is also you,
Any sensation that comes from outside world,
Like right now my voice is also you so that is the I am that is shared,
That is everywhere,
Every time,
Eternal I am,
It doesn't die,
It doesn't get affected be liberated from your local sense of identity and being,
Just remember I am and if you still want to go further,
You can ask what's prior to the world,
What's prior to everything,
What is the source of I am and that is no words,
Not even I am,
It's just the source,
The silence,
The emptiness,
The blank,
Still God,
Still the creator but it's before it creates the world ignore the world,
Come to nothing or everything or the source and slowly you can,
Wherever you abided in,
Doesn't matter now,
Because it's all planting the seed to your realization so wherever you are,
Whatever you realized as your true nature,
You can slowly integrate simultaneously that you are the source,
You are I am and then you are I am whatever name you want to give yourself so it's all simultaneously there,
No matter how illusionary it is,
It is relevant,
All of it so celebrate,
Enjoy,
Appreciate,
Being human,
Being your soul,
Being God,
Source,
Because these are just names ultimately it's your knowingness,
Less mental concepts and more deeper abidance as you meditate,
As you seek everyday,
As you abide everyday so open your eyes,
See this world,
Back to human self,
But not leaving what you already are so having the remembrance in all moments that you are beyond this or that,
You can actually enjoy,
Appreciate this life for what it is,
A playground I'll remember your eternal,
Infinite part of you,
Doesn't depend on time or space and then you can appreciate the now moment,
Because you know that this time space,
You are not bound to it,
So you are not attached to it,
So then finally you can be in the now right now you can be here,
Knowing that this moment is so precious,
No matter how illusionary,
No matter how insignificant it may seem,
It is all there is you are in this moment,
What else do you need from the world?
And when you don't need anything from the world,
You can finally give,
You can serve the world by your beingness,
By your energy and with your actions or however you want to do it,
But not taking any moment for granted,
Not taking it as if it owes you something see the beauty,
See the love,
And just go on appreciating this life,
Because you realize that you are beyond that so that you are not stuck in your human selfish ways,
Small ways of thinking,
Limited,
Lack based beliefs,
Because those are just the side effects of believing that you are just this human that is why realization is important,
And if you don't have that access,
Just remember that you are beyond this,
So that it doesn't even depend on you realizing all the time,
Abiding all the time,
Although it is very good to do that but when it's not available,
When you are so lost in your world,
Just remember that I am beyond that,
I can die right now,
It doesn't matter,
Because I know I am eternal

This is exceptional. Indeed, I have heard/seen nothing of Prakhar's that is not exceptional. It *may* (or may not) be possible that, if you want to *most fully* attend to, and best experience, the authenticity of this teacher and the transformative nature of his teachings, you may want to be sure to be present for a livestream he does from his home in Indonesia. (But of course this is no reason not to listen to his non-live offerings now, before any future streams of his.) Yesterday, around 8 pm in DC, where I sat on my high balcony above a still-busy city, I was unbelievably moved by this so-peaceful and "wise-WAY-beyond-his-years" soul, Teacher Prakhar Verma, who sat close to the camera with big, loving eyes and the sweetest smile (that reminded me of my son's, though my kiddo is certainly younger than Prakhar [lest anyone think I'm older than my 40+ years <chuckle!>], but they have this same sort of endearing openness/innocent transparency. My kiddo does not realize all the wisdom Prakhar has over his life, of course!). The birds (some very familiar to any of us US or European attendees; some, not) at our Guide/Teacher's home in the Indonesian morning were doing their awesome "morning things" (calling out at times, seeming quite happy—I really loved this)—and the 13 originally signed-up attendees did attend. But, wait!!—check this out: you know how you might idly decide, some days, to see what's on the livestream here, and so you jump into one & think, "Oh, this is great. I have to remember this person because right now, I really should go do [whatever]"? Well, in Prakhar's—over the last 30 or 45 minutes (of around 60 minutes, which passed unbelievably quickly) about 50 people popped in, one by one—and not one of them left! (At least, the in-attendance number just kept growing). And, you know how, in many livestreams everywhere, there's this "chattering" in the live comments? I've no problem if one person wants to say hi to another person or the sometimes silly or lighthearted stuff, etc.—but, in Prakhar's stream yesterday, it seemed everyone was so transfixed, PRESENT—that no one chattered at all (though of course, we ensured he was greeted and thanked—I'm just trying to say, so yes, we were there & participating but in a highly respectful, truly attentive/present way.) It was a moving and (hugely needed—for me, at least) reminder/experience of our [even "individual"] nature as Source/God/the Everything—whatever term you like. His recordings are, as well, transformative reminders of this (& more, that also benefits greatly). I am deeply grateful for his wise offerings to us. As well, I look forward to any future livestreams here he may host/lead—*and* to more listening and reading of his work on here, and on his website. Namaste. -P.Tristan.A.
