Take a deep breath and tune into your heart.
Send all the breath to the heart and let the breath purify your heart.
As you exhale,
Anything that is not pure will be purified as you inhale and exhale into your heart.
Because the heart knows how to love.
It's just our own mental programming conditioning that clouds our love.
So today's topic is how to love.
The million dollar question.
Others specifically.
Other humans more specifically.
So the way we have seen love in movies,
In stories,
In our society,
It seems a lot like love but a lot of times it is very distorted too.
Because romance can distort love to a great degree that we don't even realize.
When you think of love,
The first thing that comes is romantic love.
And then what may come is love for family or friends.
Now see how those are different.
See a normal friendship and the difference between that and any kind of romantic love.
Now first it may seem that romantic love is more intimate,
More loving,
Whereas the friendship is less of an intimacy and may seem like it's less loving.
But in essence,
When you see love from a universal point of view,
From you can say God's point of view,
Love is total sharing,
Giving of oneself as long as it's asked or received and then there's total freedom.
In love there's no jealousy,
No envy,
No exchange.
In the sense that it's freely given and freely received.
The reason I say in romance it's too distorted is because it's not freely given or freely received in many cases.
It is based on a lot of assumptions,
Agreements,
Expectations and restrictions.
And I'm not against any of that as long as it is mutually in awareness and is known and is agreed upon.
But you got to understand it is a distortion of love.
It is not fully love and if you're not able to see that,
Then we are just distorted.
We have an idea of love but it is just based on our insecurities and other people's life.
And if anybody else is able to close your heart,
Is able to affect your sharing and giving of love,
The radiance of your heart,
Then it is not true love.
If your partner can break your heart,
Then it is not unconditional universal love.
And I'm not in any case saying that you got to step up your love like that just now.
It's a long journey and it may take time.
But first we got to understand that just romance or just relationships have a lot of distortions in their love.
So if you can begin by a friendship to get closer to what actually loving other is.
Because in friendships we don't really depend on the other to feel love.
Like nobody in a friendship agreement can break your heart really.
Or there are less of expectations,
More freedom.
So if any of your friend wants to go somewhere else at a different location or any kind of desire that comes up,
You would of course,
There's not even a point of allowing,
You would be happy for them that they have a desire and they want to pursue that desire.
You want to,
You want real genuine happiness.
And when you want that for each and every being,
Then the universe is doing what it wants to do.
So people are following their desires and you are doing yours.
And it doesn't matter then what is happening because there's just the flow of love happening through you and you're not really tying that to anybody else.
I mean of course you can love others in a very beautiful way,
But it's free.
Love is free.
And when you're giving,
Sharing to others,
There's no expectations how much you're going to get back,
How long it's going to stay like that.
No,
You're not thinking about that because it is in the now.
And also freely received.
So when you're receiving something,
You're not taking it as a burden that you have to fulfill some kind of promise just because somebody is loving you.
When you can receive and give love freely,
But also with gratitude,
So it's not that you're taking it anything for granted.
But the reason I say that in relationships,
A lot of times we just create so much burden,
So much heaviness,
So much distortions that it's just not love anymore.
It may seem loving,
But that is why people grow bitter on each other.
That is why people resent each other.
But what if we let go of the society's ideas and start being the love that we are already.
Be free first.
Be loving our own self.
The more we purify our own distortions,
The more love can flow through us.
And then whoever is in our field will feel that.
And you're not hooking anybody with your love that,
Oh,
You need to love me back by the way.
Or by the way,
That if you someday if you stop loving me,
I'm going to be very hurt.
No,
You're just free agent of love.
There's so much love pouring through you if you purify your own distortions,
Then you're free.
Everybody's free.
Imagine that world,
That society,
That freedom.
And if it makes sense,
Then you can partner up with people to have kids or to do some kind of vision that you want to have together.
All that is good as long as it's free,
As long as it's in the now,
Not based on any promise of the future.
And as soon as we start grasping the future,
The now loses its love,
Loses its charm.
It becomes about fake false promises that nobody knows about.
And then people end up in divorces,
Breakups,
Surprise breakups.
There shouldn't be any surprises when you're freely giving,
Freely receiving.
There shouldn't be any surprises.
It can end any moment because the desires may change,
But love doesn't change.
Love remains the same.
So you have the same love for each and every entity,
Whoever comes in your field.
And then you may get close to somebody and for some people it may just be friendship.
For some it may be just a stranger.
Could be anything.
Love has so many different flavors and forms,
But it's all coming out of purity.
Purity of intention,
Purity of heart,
Less exchanges,
Less mental concepts.
Because as soon as we create those mental concepts about relationships,
About love,
Then it's distorted.
It's okay that it may take some time to untangle all those distortions.
That is okay.
But first,
If you're not aware of them,
First,
If you're not willing to be pure,
Love purely,
Then we're not going anywhere.
So first step is always to become aware of our own distortions and have the willingness to purify our love.
Just purify.
Because that's the best service you can give to the world and yourself,
That kind of love.
And imagine the whole earth on that frequency of love,
Which is less entanglement,
Less restriction,
Less expectations,
Less jealousy,
Less this or that,
And more love,
Just pure love.
We can say yes in any moment and no in any moment.
And you're not going to get pissed if somebody says no in the next moment that you broke my heart.
If your heart is breaking,
There's a distortion.
Nobody can break your heart if you're full of love.
And I know it's easier said than done because,
And it's not your fault,
Because we have been programmed so much by the movies,
By the stories,
By the romantic novels,
All of those things,
They just distorted us.
And we just picked it up.
But now it's our responsibility.
Now it is our freedom to purify ourselves,
To grow in love,
First within ourselves,
So that we become that source of love that we want to give,
To share.
And then whoever comes in your field may receive it or may not receive it.
And you're not expecting any return.
If it comes,
Great,
You can be grateful of that.
But also not in the future.
Do everything in the present.
Because there's only this moment where love is.
Where else can you find love?
And also when you're thinking about loving or being loved,
Remember that everything is impermanent.
So in one moment,
If you have a partner,
Or whether you're single or not,
In one moment,
One can send you heart emojis.
In the next moment,
They can be a fight.
So stop depending on that to feel love,
To be loved,
To give love.
You're a free agent of love.
But see,
If somebody breaks your heart,
Then look at your own impurity.
Or somebody broke my heart,
That means I was not loving purely.
It's just feedback.
So you forgive yourself,
Not the other person.
There's no need to forgive the person who broke your heart.
You forgive yourself for your impure love.
Because they just did what they want to do.
It's their own world.
No matter how wrong,
Maybe somebody lies to you,
Or hides something,
Or cheats on you,
Or leaves you,
All of those things,
They cannot break your heart if your love is pure.
No matter what they do,
You would just want the best for them.
And you're so full of love.
And you can tap into it anytime.
And it doesn't mean that you need to keep them in your life.
Because love doesn't mean that you have to somehow give love more,
And share love more out of some distortion.
No,
You just be love.
And whatever comes through that,
Maybe it's goodbye.
Maybe it is friendship.
Could be anything that comes.
But if it's coming out of love,
It is great.
Because people do what they want to do.
Everybody's playing their own games.
They're making their own decisions.
It has nothing to do with you.
The only thing that you need to do is be pure.
If it helps,
You can imagine God's love.
Imagine God's love that is flowing through everywhere.
So it is universal.
It is unconditional.
So no matter what happens,
No matter what somebody does,
It is universal.
So that loving energy is everywhere.
Imagine that if you can.
And then,
If that energy is everywhere,
Then you can tap into it.
So it's not something that you reach out.
It's just you tap into it by awareness,
Or just by tuning in to surrendering to that love,
Which is already there.
So you can do it in your meditations,
Or just in a moment.
Just being present,
Take out the mental concepts.
Take out the future projections.
Take out the baggage in the mind.
Tune into your heart.
And that universal love,
That unconditional love,
Will fill you up with love.
And the only thing you can do from there is share it.
Give it.
If it helps,
You can imagine you're the mother or the father of this universe.
And all you can see is your children.
These things can help visualize God's love,
Because God's love is like that.
If everybody is your child,
You forgive them.
So unconditional love,
No matter how you want to imagine it,
It is not personal.
It is universal.
So if there's any bias,
Now again,
You can have friendships.
And of course,
When you're having friendships with close people,
Or even relationships with close people,
There are biases,
Because you're pouring more of your energy and love into them.
So that can have a purpose.
That is great.
But in essence,
God's love,
If you want to tap into it,
If you want to remember that,
God's love is unbiased.
So there is no biases between,
Oh,
This person is more special,
So I'm going to give more love to this person.
That person doesn't deserve love,
So that person should suffer more.
There are no biases in universal love.
You can imagine in so many ways,
Or you can even think of masculine feminine in that sense,
That there's this inner masculine or inner feminine in you,
Which is always loving.
Because all these things are just tools to help you tap into God's love.
So it is not so much of an accuration,
Because in the end,
There's only one.
But to help yourself sometimes,
When it's so distorted,
When your maybe heart is broken,
Nobody to love you,
You know,
All those stories which are not true,
Completely false,
Completely bullshit.
But you can create another story that inside you,
There's this unconditional perfect lover,
Which is also true because God's love is perfect.
So this,
You can imagine this perfect lover inside you,
Who's always there for you,
Has never wanted anything but to love you.
And you can imagine yourself,
You betraying on that love,
Anytime you don't believe in that love,
Anytime you seek outside love,
And not coming from that,
You can forgive yourself for that,
For not tapping into that love over and over again.
And instead you kind of forgetting that love,
Taking that for granted,
And trying always to seek love outside,
Without already being loved by that first,
And then coming from that love.
So it's all forgiveness,
It's all remembrance,
And all of those things make you pure.
So then you can accept anything,
Forgive anything,
Understand anything,
Love anything,
No matter what that thing or person is.
As I said,
Love has so many flavors.
There are so many ways of loving others.
There's no one way.
One way to love others is to completely cut them off in your life,
Because that is not the best benefit of both of you.
One way of loving could be telling a harsh truth to somebody,
Or giving a reflection,
No matter how the other person takes it.
You still be compassionate,
You still be caring about others,
But sometimes you do that,
It's also love.
And sometimes it's more like the way we see love,
The way we feel love,
Hugging and cuddling and.
.
.
But then again,
It's freely given and freely received,
As long as it's there,
In the now moment.
So don't let your love fluctuate.
Don't let it be dependent.
Just tap into the love that is already there,
And let anything that comes out of it come through,
Flow through you,
Which will be loving,
You can trust that,
Since you're purifying yourself,
You're coming from your heart,
You're coming from love.
And again,
Remembering that love doesn't look one certain way,
Could be a friendship,
Could be anything.
So now take a moment to forget everybody.
So you can close your eyes for this.
And now,
Take everyone in your life out of your head,
In the sense that,
Maybe there'll be thoughts,
Because whenever you try to not focus on something,
Those thoughts pop up,
But it's okay,
Let them be.
But your intention is to clean your state as if there's nobody to love.
There's no object of love,
Imagine that.
So imagine that freedom,
That there's nobody to love,
No object of love.
And now,
You're free to be loving.
Now you can be full of love.
You can tap into your heart right now,
And let that love come through,
Shine through.
And that love is already there,
Always.
Relax in the arms of this loving energy.
Be full of love.
And any mental concept that comes,
Any object of love that comes,
Forget it.
Right now,
Just be love,
God's love.
And no matter how it feels,
Remember,
Have faith that it is also love.
Whether you feel good or bad,
Because if you're depending on feeling good to feel loved,
Then also it's the same thing as receiving heart emojis to feel loved.
So just also give up your need to feel those pleasant any sensation.
Just have faith,
Have the remembrance that it is all love,
That you are love,
There's love in you that you can just remember when it's not accessible.
And when it is accessible,
Just enjoy that.
Let the love flow through you.
And whoever comes in your field can enjoy that freely,
Because love is free.
And those who are free are loving.
Those who are loving are free.
Same thing.
And as that love comes through you,
Imagine that personal self is getting all that love.
You can open your eyes and see those objects of love again.
And you can have gratitude for them,
That now they are objects of love.
Now that you have somebody to share that.
Yeah,
It's so beautiful to be able to freely share this love that is so potent in you.
So vibrant.
Just live in the happily ever now.
Happily ever after doesn't exist.
And when it's not happily ever now,
Then just remember that it's still there.
You're just distorting yourself.
So just purify yourself.
In this broken heart,
Remember to forgive yourself,
Because it's your distortion.
So that is taking full responsibility.
That is owning,
Not taking ownership,
But owning the love that you are.
So there is no ownership of any other person.
Because you don't need to own anybody.
Don't need to possess anybody.
Because you have the greatest thing ever.
You are love.
Happily ever now.
Take a deep breath and inhale love and exhale love.
And relax into love.
With or without heart emoji.
With or without a person.
With or without pleasant life circumstances.
When you are equally looking at or receiving everything as love,
Then it's just different flavors,
Different textures of love.
One day it is heart emoji love.
Another day it's a betrayal love.
But it's all love.
It's all for learning the lessons of love.
This whole earth school is learning the lessons of love.
So remember that.
Prioritize that over anything.
Over any relationship.
Over any person.
Over any desire or need.
Remember to love.
Remember to learn to love better.
