Welcome to our EFT Tapping on Forgiveness.
We'll just start by taking a few breaths,
Arriving in this space,
Inviting you to set an intention for your practice.
We'll begin with the karate chop point on the side of the hand,
And you can repeat after me.
Even though I'm holding on to this pain and I find it hard to forgive,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I'm holding on to this pain and I find it hard to forgive,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I'm holding on to this pain and I find it hard to forgive,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
We'll start with the eyebrow point,
This pain,
This resentment,
Side of the eye.
I've been holding on to it for too long,
Under the eye.
Part of me feels justified in holding on to it.
Under the nose,
It's hard to let go.
The chin,
I don't want to be hurt again.
Collarbone,
I feel the weight of this unforgiveness in my body.
Under the arm,
It's been protecting me in some way.
Top of the head,
But I'm tired of carrying this burden.
Allowing yourself to take a few breaths,
Noticing any shifts.
We'll start again,
The eyebrow point.
Maybe I can release just a little bit of this pain,
Side of the eye.
I don't have to forgive all at once.
Under the eye,
Forgiveness is for our own freedom.
Under the nose,
I wonder what it would feel like to let go even a little.
The chin,
What if I could feel lighter?
Collarbone,
What if I could release this for my own wellbeing?
Under the arm,
I am open to healing at my own pace.
Top of the head,
I choose to be gentle with myself in this process.
Just taking another few breaths here,
Noticing how you feel.
I'll do one more round.
Eyebrow point,
I choose to release this pain for my own peace.
Side of the eye,
I don't have to carry this anymore.
Under the eye,
I am worthy of healing and freedom.
Under the nose,
I am open to compassion for myself and others.
The chin,
I choose to set myself free.
Collarbone,
Forgiveness is a gift I give myself.
Under the arm,
I allow love and peace to replace the pain.
Top of the head,
I am safe,
I am whole,
I am free.
Just taking another few breaths here.
Maybe putting your hands on your heart and taking a deep breath if that feels good to you.
Thank you for being here today.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
