Welcome to this time and space Thank you for joining me This cacao ceremony Invocation I'd invite you to find a comfortable seat Holding onto your cup of cacao And just take a deep breath in through the nose Sigh it out through the mouth And again inhaling deeply Exhaling completely One more time breathing in fully And releasing any tension with the exhale I invite you to soften your gaze Close the eyes if that feels good to you And just feel the ground beneath you With each breath Just allow yourself to become more present in this sacred space Maybe you can feel the warmth of your cacao in your hands The aroma just filling your senses Just inviting you into this moment Before we receive this sacred plant medicine I'm going to honor the four directions and their wisdom To the east where the sun rises Bringing new beginnings and clarity Maybe welcome fresh insights Inspiration into our hearts We turn to the south the place of the fire,
Passion,
Growth Transformation May we allow our hearts to open with courage and vulnerability We turn to the west,
The place of water,
Introspection Deep emotions May we surrender to the wisdom within embracing our inner truth And we turn to the north The place of our ancestors,
Wisdom,
Grounding May we walk forward with reverence honoring those who came before us Below us we honor Mother Earth Who nourishes and sustains us May we root into her strength and stability Within us we acknowledge our own divine light May we remain connected to our truth,
Our love,

Bring the cup to your lips Take your first sip with full awareness Feeling the warmth travel down into your body Notice any sensations,
