Thank you for joining us today for this yoga nidra around unconditional love You can find a comfortable position lying down with your arms relaxed by your sides,

Palms facing up Inviting you to close your eyes and allow your body to soften to the ground beneath you Just take a deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale fully through your mouth Let go of any tension,

Any need to do or be anything other than just in this present moment with us Set an intention for your practice Perhaps to open your heart to love,

Maybe to receive love fully To embody compassion You can silently affirm to yourself,

I am love,

I am loved and I am loving Now bring your awareness to different parts of your body as I guide you Simply just notice each of them without moving,

Just allowing your relaxation to deepen Bring awareness to your right thumb Right index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger Palm,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder Move to your left hand thumb Right index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger Palm,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder Feel the warmth in your chest Pelvis,

Shin,

Left leg Now send your entire body as a whole,

Just rest here in stillness Begin to notice your breath as it flows effortlessly With each inhale,

Imagine your heart expanding,

Filling with radiant golden light With each exhale,

Feel this light spreading through your body,

Dissolving any barriers to love Count your breaths backwards from 10 to 1 If you lose track,

Just start again,

Allowing the breath to cradle you in warmth and ease Now imagine a soft glowing light at the center of your heart It's the energy of unconditional love See it gently pulsating,

Radiating warmth,

Kindness,

Acceptance As you focus on the light,

Visualize someone you love deeply Maybe a friend,

A mentor,

Your pet Feel your heart expand as you send them love Now extend this love to yourself You can maybe whisper to yourself,

I am worthy of love I am enough exactly as I am And expanding further,

Allow this love to reach out beyond you To your loved ones,

To your community,

Maybe the whole world Imagine the earth wrapped in this warm,

Compassionate energy As you rest here,
