Your soul star is your centre of embodied being,
Where your human growth and evolution connects to universal consciousness.
It's the gateway through which your life experiences,
Lessons and growth connect to the consciousness of all life and contribute to its evolution.
Through your soul star you can feel your connection to and part of all life and how that life is enriched through your presence.
Find yourself a comfortable position and take a deep breath to connect to your body.
Feel your body expand as you inhale and then let it all go.
Let go of the tension,
The worries,
The thoughts,
The endless to-dos.
It can wait.
Take another deep breath and just commit to be present in this moment and as you make that commitment to yourself,
Feel your body relax.
Take a moment to scan your body for any areas of tension and give those areas a little love by visualising your breath entering through the area,
Dissolving it and releasing it with your exhale.
Bring one hand to your heart and the other to your belly,
Just over your belly button.
The area behind your belly button is a powerful energy centre where your soul is anchored into your body.
This is your core.
The heart and the core are the centres of harmony within our bodies,
Heart and soul,
The human and the divine in one being.
First let's focus on your core.
Begin to breathe into this area,
Drawing the breath in through your hand into your belly and feel the breath expand the energy and begin to move it until it becomes a bright light within you.
With each breath allow this light to amplify.
Move your awareness to your heart,
Breathing into your heart,
Drawing the air in through your hand and feel the breath expand the energy and movement within your heart space until it too becomes a bright light within your body that becomes brighter with each breath you take,
Brighter and stronger.
So you have two bright lights within you.
You can now consciously move the energy from your core in an arc and you can now consciously move the energy from your core up to your heart and from your heart down to your core.
This is allowing the soul energy to flood your heart and your heart energy to flood your core.
They move in a continuous figure of eight motion.
And as the energy flows it builds,
As it builds the light increases and the energy expands.
Take this energy up through your body and out through your crown allowing it to travel up to your soul star.
You will feel or know when you have reached it and when you are there begin to draw golden energy up from the earth and white creation light from above to clear the centre.
These lights will converge around you and remove any interference and help you to strengthen your connection to the soul star.
When the clearing is complete energy from the earth will continue to stream through your body into your soul star and it brings vibrant qualities through its connection to form and expression and it anchors you into the earth with the freedom to know that you are more than your form.
So within your soul star,
Within this space begin to sense your limitless nature.
Sense your ability to expand into infinity with a single breath of intention.
Sense your connection to the vital universal consciousness.
What message does your soul star have for you?
What does it want you to know?
Become aware now of your connection to the etheric grids.
You may see or sense the energy flowing to you and from you as you pulse and vibrate within universal consciousness.
You are individual and one simultaneously.
Spend a moment in this connection and this knowing.
And now draw your energy back down into your body,
Bringing this connection and knowing with you.
As your energy settles back into your body,
Feel the energy flowing through your soul star,
Into your body and down through your feet into the earth.
Feeling each energy centre pulse and radiate as the energy moves through it.
Just sit with this for a moment,
Feeling your connection to the universe,
Feeling your connection to the earth and feeling your connection to yourself.
And take a few deep breaths to wake up your body.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
