It's really important every now and then to reset your relationship with your business so that you can move forward with the energy of your future business rather than your past business.
Energy is meant to move.
In business,
When we plan,
We often inadvertently block the flow of energy from one form into another.
Now our plans are for growth and growth means changing form,
Expanding,
Developing,
Evolving.
Standardized business approaches actively disrupt the energy flow.
They throw you out of the energetic cycles of growth.
There are two ways that you can address this.
The first is to change how you approach your business and the second is to address the energetics.
Today,
We're gonna do the latter because the first is actually much more involved and complex and I address that on a one-to-one basis.
This practice will help you to unlock the energy flow and make some essential space for a new dynamic to come into play in your business.
We are experiencing an accelerating rate of energetic shifts.
As the energy shifts,
Our resonance with the things in our lives and our inner selves changes.
Your relationships adapt,
Your interests evolve,
Your emotions as well,
Which means your connection to and relationship with your business changes too.
If it is stuck in a particular form and pattern that no longer suits you,
You will begin to feel frustrated,
Limited,
Even resentful.
Instead of your business empowering you to move into the future,
You will feel tethered to an outdated version of yourself.
The temptation then is to cut your losses and start again.
We can give you freedom in your future by doing some basic energetics.
Before we begin,
I'm gonna cover some background to the practice so you can understand what we're doing.
There are five layers of energy in a business.
These move from the inside out.
Mainstream approaches only really touch on the outer two layers with a bit of a foray into the middle layer.
The freedom in your future actually lies in the first two layers primarily,
Which is why I focus my one-to-one work there.
The innermost layer is the soul of your business,
Its essence.
The second layer is your business DNA.
This is the creative desire,
The vision,
The purpose,
Transformation and impact.
It's designed for.
The third layer are the energetic structures,
Which include the physical form and systems alongside the beliefs and values and ethos of your business.
The fourth layer is the energy body where the energies interact and create a full-blown system of operations.
And the fifth layer is the entity,
Which includes all the aspects of your business,
Including your clients and community and peers.
It's the wider system of your business.
This practice is working with the inner layers of soul and DNA to reboot the engine,

We dissolve the energetic structures so the business can reform around the energies.
And we're going to be taking a similar approach today to dissolve the energetic bonds of your current business so it can reshape according to the energy in its future rather than its past.

Could be a day or two,
But I will also encourage you to do something to be in the energy of your future business so it can integrate into your actions.

It's a conversation,

Take each breath down into the core of your being,
This form that anchors your spirit in the world and in everything that you do.
Invite into your awareness the essence of your business's consciousness and the energetic guardians of your business too.
Join energies with your business consciousness to form a bubble to hold the energy of your current business.
Your energetic guardians are your energy.
Guardians will support you in this process and they will guide you.
Working with your business consciousness,
Dissolve the energetic structures of your current business,
Which is allowing the energies to detach from the expressions they hold right now.
This can be achieved through intention.
It allows the energies to return to a pure frequency.
Just allowing yourself to watch,
Observe,
And just take on board anything that you're feeling or seeing.
Energy speaks a unique language and it communicates with you in what you're feeling.
In ways that you are open to and able to receive at any moment in time.
So what you're experiencing now is exactly what you need to experience.
You can let the structures float outside the bubble and the bubble will hold the pure frequencies within it.
And you can watch these for a little while.
Feeling how you respond to them without the structures in place.
It's an opportunity to observe the resonance in your energy,
Where you feel it and what it feels like.
Perhaps the frustrations or confusion are dissipating now.
Can you feel the directness of the communication?
Can you feel the alignment?
Now,
Together with your business consciousness,
Invite in the frequencies of your future business.
The one that you are preparing to move into.
Invite it to sit underneath the bubble that is holding your business energy.
And you may need to move back and give it some more space.
And perhaps you can let it sit Now,
When it feels right,
Move the future frequencies into the bubble and watch the energies dance.
Take in the colours and forms that begin to take shape.
This observation is the beginning of calibrating to the energies.
And if you want,
You can draw this energy into your energy field,
Or you can breathe a connection between you and the energies.
Let the energies go to work,
Recalibrating your energy system,
Attuned to the future direction and actions needed.
Really try to feel the process rather than think it.
You may start to get some ideas and impulses,
Which you can jot down,
But really focus on how is this making you feel?
Just sit with it.
Breathe into the attunement that's happening.
Let yourself rebalance.
Your guardians are going to be supporting you in this process.
Your business consciousness will guide you.
Keep breathing deeply,
Anchoring this feeling into your awareness with each breath.
Your guardians will hold this energy safe for you.
Now,
You're going to make a choice to do something holding this energy.
What is it?
When you have it,
Awaken your body and open your eyes.
Act in this energy today,
But don't plan just yet.
There is so much it will tell you over the next day or two,
And you want the pieces to drop into place.
When it feels settled,
Start to draw together the structures your business needs.
Some of the structures you've had in the past may still be needed,
But their focus and resonance are likely going to change,
And new ideas and opportunities are going to come to you.
And they could be radical,
Or they could just be a different perspective on your existing path.
So begin to put them into order and structure and start to take action on them.
Exploring is an action.
You don't have to commit out of the box.
Come up with some ideas and test them out.
Let the energy show you the way.
Now,
To help your structures form,
There are three areas you can focus on.
The first is the values of your business.
Maybe create a value statement of what is important to you within your business that you actually uphold and advocate for through your leadership.
Consider what kind of leader you need to be to hold this energy that you're moving into.
Where are you that person now?
And what is developing within you that you can support to hold the energy?
And how do you want people to feel within your business?
What are the primary sensations and feelings you want people to have as soon as they come inside your business circles?
These three things will form the energetic structures of your business,
And the physical structures will then form around them.
I hope you feel refreshed and rejuvenated in your relationship with your business.
And you can come back to this practice as often as you need it in order to allow yourself that freedom to move forward into your future.
