In this practice,
We will establish the flow of the creative voice and then work with a specific flow of expression,
Creativity through the throat.
To begin,
We need to establish your strong vertical energy flow to anchor you so that you can hold the horizontal flow of expression.
Typically,
Chakra work is limited to the seven core chakras.
I work with an extended system that anchors you into Earth and Universal Consciousness.
This runs from the Gaia Gateway to the Stellar Gateway.
The Gaia Gateway is the transition point of Earth Consciousness into Nature Consciousness.
The Earth Star is the transition of Nature Consciousness into individual expression of self.
We will then move through the root and sacral.
The next is the core chakra.
This is behind your belly button and it is the anchor of your soul in your form.
Then the solar plexus,
Heart,
High heart,
Throat,
Third eye and crown.
We then move up to the Soul Star,
Where your individual consciousness connects to Collective Consciousness and then the Stellar Gateway,
Which connects Collective Consciousness to Universal Consciousness.
I work with this flow from the Earth up for the simple reason that our human expression flows from Earth Consciousness and our understanding of Universal Consciousness is through the lens of Earth Consciousness.
This vertical flow of energy holds us in balance and strength to find our place in the world and express the truth of our soul.
Expression is a powerful horizontal flow that can pull you out of your center unless this vertical flow is anchored firmly.
As an entrepreneur,
You need to have this strong core to not dissipate your energy through expression and to have the energetic capacity to receive into your business.
Too much energy lost in expression leaves no energetic structure to hold energy that wants to move into your business.
Building this core means you can receive a critical balance to the act of expression.
We'll begin by establishing your core energetic flow that will hold your creative voice.
So get yourself into a comfortable position and close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a few deep breaths to center your energy in your body.
Begin to take your breath down through your body,
Taking your awareness down to your feet and then beyond with each breath taking you deeper.
Travel down into the Earth and flow down until you reach the Gaia Gateway and you will know when you reach it.
Allow your energy to anchor here and then feel the energy flowing up and down your body.
And then feel the energy flowing up towards you.
Draw your focus up with the flow until you reach your Earth Star.
Anchor your energy here and open to the energy flowing up to meet your body.
Follow this flow into your body,
Moving through your root where your power resides to create,
To your sacral where you have freedom to create.
On up to your core which is the center of your body.
On up to your core which is the seat of your soul's desire to create.
Through your solar plexus,
Your individuality in creation.
On to your heart,
Your desire to help and contribute.
Moving on now to your throat,
Your freedom to express.
Your third eye where your ability to connect your individual expression to the bigger picture resides.
Your crown where your sense of purpose resides.
Your crown where your sense of purpose lives.
And keep that flow going up beyond your crown to your soul star.
And you can anchor your energy here and feel the flow open down into your body.
But keep your focus moving up and flow up to the stellar gateway.
And you will know when you reach it.
Anchor your energy here and open the flow of energy down towards your body.
You're connected now to earth and universal consciousness.
Your anchor is strong,
Your power is strong.
Sit with this two-way flow of energy for a moment.
As it flows,
Feel your energy amplify.
Breathe into any discomfort,
Relax into the flow.
We are now going to create an energetic loop or communication channel.
Directly between your sacral,
Your center of creative impulse,
And your solar plexus.

Your center of creative expression.
Begin by focusing your attention on your sacral area.
Breathe into this space for a moment.
Feel the energy building with your attention.
And as it builds,
Hold it.
Hold it with your intention.
Allowing it to build.
And now focus your attention on your throat.
Breathe into this space for a moment to build the energy.
And hold it with your intention.
Now visualize a figure of eight shape that connects your throat and sacral with the center point over your solar plexus.
Drop this shape into your energy system and open up the energy flow between sacral and throat.
The energy will flow down and up simultaneously.
Building the connection between creativity and expression.
And strengthening your confidence to hold this energy.
And as it flows,
It clears the energy and removes any perceived or real blocks to that flow.
So breathe into any discomfort.
Relax into the flow.
And the flow may transport you to spaces or insight that will help you calibrate to this energy.
Make any sounds or movements you are intuitively drawn to.
Your creative voice is activating and will need to feel movement through you.
Stay with this flow for a moment.
Breathe it into your whole body.
Deep,
Deep breaths that calm and activate.
It is your choice now.
To close the flow or simply remove your awareness from it.
Do what feels right.
Honor your body and energy as it is right for you in this moment.
When you are ready,
Take one more deep breath.
And open your eyes.
