If you're new to Kundalini Yoga,
You might be wondering what it's all about and why is it so transformative.
I'm so excited to share these practices with you because Kundalini Yoga has created the biggest transformation in relationship with myself.
And has truly changed my life.
Kundalini Yoga means the Yoga of Awareness and it works specifically with our Kundalini energy.
It is our full potential.
It is our creative energy.
The thing is that all of us has the potential which is beyond our wildest dreams.
But most of this potential remains untapped.
So Kundalini Yoga helps to activate this energy so that we can experience the ultimate level of vitality,
Clarity,
Creativity,
And freedom.
It is said that Kundalini Yoga is the fastest way to establish an aligned relationship between mind,
Body and soul.
It clears the subconscious mind from old stories and patterns,
Habits.
And create a space for new positive ones.
It allows us to confront and release deeply ingrained fears and anxieties,
Giving us courage to live authentically and freely.
The main body of the Kundalini Yoga includes Kriyas,
The specific set of exercises that work directly with Kundalini energy and bring a certain energetic effect.
There are pranayamas or breath practices that help us to shift our emotional state,
Maximize our vitality,
And strengthen the nervous system.
And finally,
There are meditations that work with our mind and help us clear and calm the mind.
And they can be a mantra meditation which incorporates a sound internally or externally.
It could be a breath control within this meditation.
Or it could be a silent meditation.
All designed to help us to cultivate a relationship with our own mind and befriend our mind.
So you'll be doing dynamic movements using specific breath techniques,
Mudras or hand gestures,
Mantras or sound,
Meditation techniques.
As a way to expand your consciousness and access a well of creative energy.
And I'm so excited that you're joining me on this journey.
