Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.

All the tasks that you have completed,

The thoughts,

The emotions,

They can all soften and melt into the background.

This is your time.

A moment to return to yourself.

To reconnect with your own worth,

Your own light and your own gentle joy.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Feel the weight of your body letting go.

Through your feet.

Up through your legs.

Your hips.

Completely relaxed.

Your lower belly.

Your chest.

Relaxing through your arms.

Your neck.

Your face is relaxed.

And even your jaw is completely relaxed.

Let your whole body know that you can rest now.

And in this softness quietly repeat to yourself.
