Welcome to this Aries New Moon guided meditation.
Whenever you're ready,
Find a comfortable position.
Sitting,
Let your spine be upright and rest your hands naturally.
And as soon as you find your position,
Allow your eyes to close.
And take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale,
Filling the chest and your belly.
And exhale,
Sigh it out.
And one more time,
We're going to inhale big and deep.
And release it,
Letting it all go.
Let your body find its natural rhythm of breathing again.
And slowly settle in,
But staying alert.
Bring awareness into your body.
Into your jaw.
Into your shoulders.
Your chest.
Let any unnecessary tension drop.
Begin to bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel where they meet the ground.
Feeling stable and supported.
And now bring your awareness to your legs.
To your core.
Noticing the strength in your body.
Inhale and expand through your chest,
Open your heart.
And exhale,
Ground through your feet.
And again,
Inhale,
Lengthen up through the spine.
And exhale,
Grounding through your feet again.
We're in Aerie's energy now,
And Aerie's energy is all about moving forward.
So we have to make sure that we are anchored,
And that our body feels ready.
Bringing your attention inward,
Let everything else fall to the background.
Visualize your heart space.
And as you begin to visualize this,
You notice there is a door.
A door to the inside of your heart.
When you feel ready,
I want you to walk through that door.
Open it up and take a step in.
Crossing over to the other side.
It leads you down a hallway.
And as you pass through,
You see all the things that you held near and dear to your heart.
This could be monuments to your first pet.
Your first love.
Your favorite sports or TV shows.
Activities you used to love doing.
There's rooms full of games and friends you used to play with.
Loved ones who have passed.
All of the things over your lifetime that you have collected.
And kept in a very special place in your heart.
As you near the end of this hallway,
You see a big dark space.
Full of emptiness and mystery.
And you can't see what's beyond.
It's in this space,
The deepest,
Darkest corner of your heart,
That you are going to find your answers.
I want you to face that darkness,
That hallway.
And speak to it.
Acknowledge it.
And ask yourself,
What am I ready to begin that I have been holding back?
Asking yourself now,
Where have I been hesitating?
And why?
Finally,
Ask yourself,
If I trusted myself fully,
What would I choose?
Knowing I could not fail.
And let that answer land and stay with it for a moment.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to decide on one step forward towards this thing.
Silently saying to yourself,
I choose this.
I am ready for this.
Bringing forward the emotions that you would feel once this thing is done.
Once you have succeeded.
Let it feel real in your body.
And notice what changes,
Whether it's your posture,
Your breath.
A visceral feeling somewhere inside.
Stay in this emotion and this feeling.
You have started.
You did it.
And you've completed it successfully.
Whenever you feel ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Back to your body.
Back to the room around you,
Noticing any sounds.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
And whenever you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
