Welcome to this New Moon in Taurus guided meditation.
Find yourself a comfortable position,
Whether you're lying down or seated with your spine gently supported,
And allow your body to fully arrive here.
There's nowhere else you need to be.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes,
Taking one long,
Deep inhale through your nose and releasing it out through your mouth with a soft sigh.
And again,
Breathing in,
Filling your lungs completely,
Feeling your ribcage expand and your belly rise.
And on the exhale,
Letting it all go.
And one final breath,
Breathe it in nice and deep.
And on the exhale,
We're going to release anything you have carried with you today.
Any tension or noise from the outside world and any weight that isn't yours to carry.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Imagine a warm,
Golden light beginning to gather there,
Like the first light of a sunrise touching the earth.
Feel that warmth now beginning to melt down across your forehead,
Relaxing the tiny muscles around your eyes and your temples,
And working its way down to the hinge of your jaw.
Let your tongue release from the roof of your mouth,
Your teeth parting ever so slightly,
Completely softening your face.
And that golden warmth continues to pour down through your neck,
Your throat,
Dissolving any tightness held there,
Working its way to your shoulders,
Letting them drop completely.
The warmth flows into your chest,
Your heart space and your lungs.
And with every breath,
You sink a little bit deeper.
And every exhale brings your body feeling a little bit heavier.
Down through your belly,
Your hips and your lower back.
This golden warmth releases all the tension there.
Allowing you to feel held and supported and safe to let it all go.
And it slowly pours into your legs now,
Your knees,
Your calves and your ankles,
All the way down to the soles of your feet.
And as it reaches the very tip of your toes,
Your whole body is now in a resting state of pure,
Peaceful stillness.
You may notice that your thoughts are becoming slower,
Like clouds drifting lazily across an open sky.
Simply watch them and return to this voice and to your breath.
And with each exhale,
You sink just 10% deeper into this state of peaceful stillness.
Visualize in your mind's eye that you're standing barefoot on a vast open meadow at night.
The grass beneath your feet is cool and thick.
You can feel every individual blade between your toes,
Soft and a little wet from the dew,
Pressing your feet into the earth as if the ground itself is welcoming you home.
The sky above you is a deep velvety indigo with stars scattered across it,
And the air feels warm with a soft breeze brushing past your skin with the scent of lingering earth after rainfall.
Take a moment to breathe it all in.
There is no moon visible in the sky tonight because it's a new moon,
But you can feel her,
A gentle magnetic pull in the center of your chest,
A low warm hum in the soles of your feet vibrating up through the roots of the earth below you.
The tourist energy of this moon is ancient,
Fertile,
And powerful.
Begin to take a step forward into the meadow.
As you walk,
You notice the ground beginning to glow faintly beneath your feet,
Luminous green and gold light as if the soil is alive itself,
And it pulses under your feet with every step you take.
In the center of the meadow,
There is a large circle made of smooth stones,
And inside this circle,
Resting flat on a stone altar,
Is a bowl made of terracotta or wood or copper,
Whatever feels right to you.
Walk up to that bowl and look inside,
And you'll find herbs,
Crystals,
And a candle burning with a steady golden flame.
This is your prosperity altar,
Your abundance container,
And it has been waiting for you.
You begin to feel the energy of Venus,
The planet of beauty,
Value,
And worthiness shimmering around in a low golden frequency in the air,
Whispering to you,
You are allowed to want good things.
Your body is worthy of care.
Your life is worthy of abundance,
And your desires are seeds to be planted.
Let this land somewhere in your body.
And now,
Standing at your altar,
Place your hands over your heart and take one slow breath in.
As quickly as it can,
Ask yourself these questions and take the first answer that comes.
What seeds do I want to plant in this fertile darkness?
What do I want to grow in the next cycle?
What does financial ease look like in my body and my nervous system?
What does it feel like to finally value myself enough to receive?
Whatever came up,
Whether it be a word,
Image,
Sensation,
Hold it gently in your hands like a small glowing seed.
Feel its weight and its potential.
The seed is already alive.
Slowly reach toward the altar bowl and place your seed inside it.
You may have one seed,
You may have three,
There's no limit.
Everything that came forward,
Place each and every one into the altar bowl.
As you do this,
The golden light from the earth below pulses warmly upwards,
Wrapping around the bowl in your hands and then around your heart.
The new moon receives your intentions.
The earth receives your intentions.
And the wheels have already begun to turn.
Placing one hand on the earth,
Say silently or out loud,
I plant these seeds with the trust.
I release them with love.
I am ready to receive.
And it is done.
You begin to feel the edges of your body now,
Your fingertips and your toes,
Bringing yourself back to the present moment and the room that you're in.
The meadow around you softens and slowly begins to fade away.
Starting to notice the sounds around you,
The temperature of your room,
Making small,
Gentle movements with your body if you need to.
Taking a nice,
Big,
Deep breath in and exhale it out with a sigh.
The new moon in Taurus asks only one thing of you,
To believe that you are worthy of what you are asking for.
We have planted our seeds of intention.
Water them with inspired action and aligned action and watch your seeds grow.
Thank you for joining me and I'll see you next time.
