Welcome to this new moon in Pisces guided meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Laying down or seated,
And let your hands rest naturally.
When you're ready,
Allow your eyes to close,
Taking a slow breath in through your nose and exhaling gently through your mouth.
And again,
Inhaling,
Feeling the breath expand your chest and your belly and exhaling softly through your mouth.
One more time,
Big,
Deep inhale and a final release out your mouth.
Let your breathing return to its natural rhythm.
Feel your body begin to soften and imagine you're floating in a warm body of water,
Softening into the surface beneath you and stilling like water settling in a glass.
Soften your jaw,
Drop your shoulders,
Release your legs,
Each breath creating more space and relaxation inside you.
Bring awareness to the outline of your body and notice where you end in the air and water begin.
Slowly begin to blur those edges,
Softening them ever so slightly and watch as the edges of your body melt into the water,
Gently merging and flowing as one.
If your thoughts are feeling scattered today,
Let them drift.
We are in Pisces energy after all.
Let your thoughts blossom and let your awareness feel wide and open and limitless.
In this softened space,
Gently notice what emotions have been sitting beneath the surface.
These could be unprocessed feelings,
Lingering sadness,
Disappointment or longing,
Anything that you feel just sitting there.
Let one of these feelings gently rise and notice where in your body it lives.
Place your attention there and breathe into that feeling,
Breathe into that part of your body and then ask yourself,
What am I ready to let dissolve?
When you have your answer,
Imagine that feeling slowly dissolving into the water and as it softens and dissolves,
Notice the spaciousness it leaves behind.
Now let another emotion that came forward rise up,
Noticing again where it sits within you,
We're going to do this again.
Place your attention there and breathe into it and ask again,
What am I ready to let dissolve?
Slowly imagining that dissolving into the water,
Noticing the lightness that it leaves behind within you.
Take some time now to do that a couple more times with any other big emotions or feelings that came up.
Feeling lighter and open,
Shift your attention to your inner intuition and your inner voice.
Ask yourself,
What is trying to be born spiritually within me?
This could be a deeper connection to self,
A state of being,
A mental shift,
A quality or value you want to embody.
Let whatever needs to be seen arise.
Now,
Imagine holding that in your hands like a small glowing orb of light and repeat to yourself silently or out loud,
I am open to embodying this.
I am ready to embody this.
This feels natural to me.
Feel that intention settle into your heart space.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Notice the rise and the fall of your chest.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body and slowly inhale and let out a gentle exhale.
You can stay here as long as you like,
But whenever you're ready,
I invite you to slowly bring movement back to your body by wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Rolling your shoulders,
Taking a little stretch,
Whatever you need,
And then gently opening your eyes.
Carry this softness with you throughout the day.
And if it feels aligned,
You might want to journal your dream,
Create something artistic,
Listen to some music that you love.
Anything that gets you into yourself,
Feeling,
Imagining,
Dreaming.
That's what this new moon is calling for.
