We are going to go over how to raise your vibration and i'm going to give you a few different steps to be able to do this one of the biggest things that people kind of get into a loop around is feeling like they have to be happy all the time.

They have to be positive all the time.

They constantly have to be this like A plus good person in order to be high vibrational.

And that is the biggest myth.

I'm telling you now the biggest myth.

That is actually an insane form of spiritual bypassing and that will not help you stay in a high vibration and it will not help you on your ascension journey.

What you actually want to do,

The first thing to stay in a high vibration is to allow yourself to feel everything that you are feeling with full love and acceptance and not shame not guilt and not trying to push or repress it away because you feel like you quote unquote shouldn't be feeling that way if you feel angry let yourself feel angry release the anger in a safe way don't like explode and hit people and do whatever but if you need to storm off to your room and punch your pillow or scream into your pillow or do whatever you need to do like allow yourself to release that energy if you're feeling bad,

Allow yourself a day in bed watching whatever you want to watch crying,

Eating what feels good.

Don't wallow in it.

Don't sit in it for days and days at a time.

But when it comes up,

Allow yourself to embrace it.

And don't feel sad.

Don't feel guilty.

Don't feel shame around whatever it is you're going through.

Truly feel it.

You know,

Like the truest form of self-acceptance is allowing yourself to be authentically you at all times,

Regardless of who's around,

Regardless of the environment you're in.

So the quickest way and one of the best ways to hold a high vibration is to fully be authentic to yourself and allow yourself to feel whatever it is you're feeling.

Second way to keep a high vibration is Pay attention to your personal guidance system.

Really figure out what your authentic core values are,

What your interests are,

What feels good and true to you and stick to it.

So if you're being asked by your friends to go somewhere or do something and it doesn't feel right to you,

Like I,

For example,

Don't drink.

So nine times out of 10,

When my friends ask me to come out to a bar,

I don't go.

I don't really love being around drunk people.

I don't drink.

It's a loud environment.

When I go to those types of places so it's something that I usually depending on my mood will say no to nine times out of ten I will say no If your personal guidance system is the same and your friends are constantly asking you to come out clubbing,

Come out drinking,

Whatever.

Easiest way to keep your vibration high or raise it from where it is,

Is to be in tune with yourself,

Be authentic to yourself and say no to that experience.

And it doesn't always have to be things with friends,

Doesn't always have to be drinking.

But say,

For example,

You are doing an activity,

A creative activity that just doesn't feel resonant to you anymore.

But you've been doing it for like the past five,

10 years,

However long.

And you feel like you have to because you'll be letting other people down or because it's been part of your identity for so long.

And resonant to you,

Then don't do it.

Because in keeping to it,

You're holding on to this characteristic,

This image,

This personification of who you think you're supposed to be both to yourself and to others.

And that actually lowers your vibration.

So figure out what your personal guidance system is to you and really just stick to that.

Number three is control your empathy around others.

Have compassion without taking on their feelings and emotions.

So when we look at empathy,

Especially as starseeds,

Empaths,

Healers,

All of these types of things where we are working with people on a day-to-day basis to try and help them,

We can sometimes get really stuck in the cycle of their emotions and what they're feeling and we take it on for ourselves.

And then we start transmuting that emotion for them or with them and it actually can lower our vibration and affect our mental health and affect our moods on a day-to-day basis.

So instead of taking on what they're feeling,

Taking on their vibration,

Have compassion for them without feeling the responsibility to work through it and heal it for them.

Step number four,

And I kind of touched on this in two,

But create your reality in line with your personal guidance system.

So if you're noticing,

If you do this activity and you realize that.

What your personal guidance system is telling you versus what your life actually looks like are two very different things.

Start to take the steps to create your reality,

To change your life into something that actually matches your personal guidance systems,

Whether that means changing jobs,

Changing locations,

Changing your personal style,

Changing the way that you eat.

It can be small,

It can be big.

It's whatever feels out of alignment to your personal guidance system and what will make you feel more authentic to yourself.

And you will naturally be resonating in a high vibration.

Tip number five is to try and Stay positive and maintain a good mental balance throughout the day.

And I know this kind of contradicts what I said in the first one,

But hear me out.

So while I want you to feel all of your emotions to the fullest,

What I don't want you to do is have a negative outlook or perspective on life and wallow in them.

So throughout the day,

If something happens that really ticks you off,

Allow yourself to feel ticked off and then continue on.

Don't sit in that for hours.

You're going to allow yourself to process it and feel it and then move on.

Stay positive,

Think positive and your life will create that around you.

So don't get stuck in this.

Like negative thought loop of something bad happened to you.

Now the whole day is ruined.

Try and keep a positive outlook.

And the last tip I want to give is to allow your actions to be inspired by your happiness.

A lot of times we move through life trying to do things to make us happy.

Oh,

If I eat this,

Then I'll be happy.

If I achieve this,

Then I'll be happy.

If I do this,

It'll create happiness within me.

But instead,

I actually want you to flip it and allow the things that you do to be inspired by your happiness.

You to lean into that and do that don't start your day thinking what's gonna make me happy today what can i do to generate happiness within me and then try go out and do those things to try and feel happy i want you to look at where in your life you already feel happiness you already feel excitement what feels intriguing and then base your actions around achieving those things or around doing those things
