Welcome to this quantum jumping meditation to reach your highest timeline.
We're going to begin by laying down and finding a comfortable resting position.
And when you're ready,
You may close your eyes.
Begin to slow down your breath.
And take a deep inhale,
Feeling the air expand your chest and your tummy.
And very slowly exhale it out through your mouth,
Letting out a sigh or any built-up energy you may be holding.
Taking another deep breath in,
Again feeling that chest and tummy expand.
And slowly sigh it out.
Continue this pattern of breathing as you begin to scan your body for anywhere that you're holding on to tension.
Unclenching your jaw.
Dropping your shoulders.
Relaxing your eyes.
Letting your legs and arms roll out to the sides.
And releasing more tension with every exhale.
Come back to your natural rhythm of breath.
Beginning to feel a deeper sense of relaxation and calmness with each exhale.
Allowing your body to soften,
Melting into the surface beneath you.
Relaxing even deeper.
I want you to let your mind run wild for a second.
Anything that bugged you throughout the day,
Any stressors you have going on,
Anything that is racing through your mind,
Let it come through.
Don't push it away.
Don't feed into it.
Just witness it as it comes into the forefront of your mind.
And visualize everything coming through as a little bubble of energy floating above your body.
And when you've gathered it all there,
I want you to take a big,
Deep breath in.
And on the exhale,
Imagine blowing all of those things out of your aura.
And again,
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep inhale.
And anything that stayed behind,
I want you to visualize leaving on your exhale,
Blowing it all out of your energetic bubble.
Now imagine in the room that you're in,
There is an elevator.
Visualize yourself walking up to it.
And as the doors to this elevator open,
You step inside.
The elevator is going down,
And with each floor,
You feel even more relaxed.

The doors open to a beautiful green meadow outside.
Step out and allow your bare feet to ground into the earth.
And feel how calm this place is,
How peaceful.
And feel that safety in your body.
Looking around at this place,
Ask yourself,
What sounds can you hear?
Are there birds chirping as they're running water somewhere?
What can you touch around you?
What can you feel?
Is there wind blowing across your face?
Little twigs on the ground as you walk around.
Are there any smells floating towards you?
As you're exploring this place,
You see in the distance,
There is a big white movie screen set up.
With a bunch of chairs and comfy seats in front of it.
Walk over there now and take a seat in front of the screen.
As the movie begins,
The main character seems familiar.
And you notice that that main character is you.
This version of you is your highest self.
The version of you who has integrated and accepted your shadow.
And live fully in your power.
Who knows you are worthy of anything you desire.
Who is effortlessly leading the most aligned,
Whole and fulfilled life.
What does this life look like?
What movie are you watching on the screen right now?
What does this aligned and integrated version of you look like?
Who does this version of you spend their time with?
Take some time to visualize every detail of what your highest timeline looks like.
How do you feel in this version of your life?
What emotions are running through your body?
Are you at peace?
Are you happy?
Joyful?
Inspired?
Take stock of everything the aligned and integrated version of you feels living in your highest timeline.
Hold on to these feelings,
Keeping them within.
As you stand up and begin to walk towards the screen.
Step inside the screen.
First with one leg.
And then an arm.
And then the other leg and the rest of your body follows.
Entering this new world in the screen.
The dimension holding your highest timeline.
And the version of you who is living it.
Start walking over to this new version of you.
And begin to place yourself into their body.
Matching up limb for limb.
First one foot matching the other.
Then the next.
Lining up your legs and your hips perfectly together.
Placing your left arm in their left arm.
And then your right arm to their right arm.
Finger for finger.
Shoulder for shoulder.
And lastly,
Your heads becoming one.
And watch as a violet flame from Saint Germain encompasses you from floor all the way above your head.
Clearing away any stagnant energy.
Any energy that is blocking you from standing in your worth.
Clearing any feelings of undeservingness or that you're not good enough.
And clearing any energy out of alignment with the up-leveled,
Aligned version of you.
As the flame clears,
Imagine your energies fusing together.
A golden light coming from the seams of your bodies,
Merging them together.
Creating an unbreakable bond.
You have become the aligned version of you.
Fully embodied.
And you are living in your highest timeline.
Begin to feel these emotions of your dream life.
The same ones that you called forward earlier.
Feeling the happiness,
Excitement,
Gratitude.
And hold on to these feelings for as long as you can.
As you begin to live out your day as this new version of you.
Imagine every detail from waking up,
Your morning routines,
The food you're eating.
All the way down to your nighttime routine.
How you spend your evenings and who you go to bed with.
Live out your life step by step.
Holding on to the emotions of how it feels for each part.
And take your time with this.
Your day in this life is coming to an end.
You feel excited,
Supported,
And full of love.
And you begin to drift away from this place,
Taking with you all that you have experienced.
Slowly start to come back to your body and into the present moment.
Take a deep breath in and start to feel your body.
Noticing any sounds around you.
And exhale and start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Gently creating soft movements with your body.
And when you are ready,
You may open your eyes.
