Pippa Dooney

Pippa has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for 30 years and shares her experience as a healing art that brings you back home to yourself. Pippa started her practice with her mother as a small child and continued to work with Yoga and Mindfulness throughout a difficult growing-up period into adulthood. Pippa teaches you to relate to yourself from your heart and to open up to your own life and healing potential. As well as her continuing Yoga and Meditation practice, Pippa has been a full-time therapeutic masseuse and a visual artist. This informs her teaching, with her grounded sense of the body as our home and how the body and mind often understand an image better than many words. Pippa's heart is set on developing a peaceful presence and gentle emotional healing for herself and anyone who joins her!
