Transcript

Hearing the rain fall outside,

Being surrounded by nature,

Feeling into all senses around you,

Sight,

Smell,

Taste,

Giving a notion of gratitude for all of these senses that we can feel and experience,

Taking time to slow down,

To reflect,

Finding the sincere gratitude for your daily life.

For each waking breath is a gift.

It is a present,

A present moment.

Taking time to sit in stillness,

To focus and concentrate on your breath.

How the body feels to expand with air on the inhale.

How the body contracts,

Becomes heavier,

Softer on the exhale.

As we start to engage and weaken our parasympathetic nervous system,

To take us out of the flight or fight and bring us back into that calm.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Filling up through the belly,

Letting the abdomen be soft.

Feel the chest rise.

Exhale release,

Feeling the belly button contract back to the spine,

The spine starts to maybe curve even a little bit as you soften.

Sink down into your seat bones or your root or whatever part of your body is resting on the surface right now,

Resting on the ground and acknowledging this moment,

Being grateful for this moment,

Grateful for the time that you're giving yourself,

Grateful for the introspection.

Taking a big deep breath in,

Filling up through the belly space,

Exhale release.

Breathing again through the nose if possible,

Exhale releasing that breath through the mouth,

Gently parting the lips,

Maybe even making those exhales be audible,

Creating a sound if that feels good to release stress,

Tension,

Built up anxieties.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

What are you grateful for in this moment?

What are you grateful for in this day?

What are you grateful for in this week?

You have to bring in mind all the good experiences that have happened to get you right to this moment.

Maybe walking through the not so good and the harder times,

But to lead you to your present being,

Taking the time for your mind,

Your body,

Your soul,

Letting you meditate on gratitude,

Meditate on abundance.

Breathing in,

Exhale release.

Wishing you a beautiful evening,

A beautiful day,

Whatever life has in store for you,

I wish it be filled with peace and happiness.
