Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Whether sitting down or lying down,

And gently closing your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your chest and abdomen expand,

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful place,

Surrounded by calmness and serenity.

Visualize a soft glowing bubble floating above your head.

This bubble represents your worries and thoughts.

With each breath you take,

Imagine this bubble expanding,

Filling with all your concerns and anxieties.

As you continue to breathe deeply and calmly,

Watch this bubble grow larger and larger,

Collecting all the stress and tension from your mind and body.

Feel a sense of relief as you let go of each worry,

Allowing them to be contained within this bubble.

Now,

Imagine gently pushing this bubble away from you,

Watching it flow effortlessly into the distance.

With each breath out,

Visualize the bubble drifting farther away,

Carrying all your worries with it.

Notice how your mind feels lighter and more at ease with each passing moment.

As the bubble fades into the horizon,

Feel a deep sense of relaxation spreading throughout your entire body.

Your muscles soften,

Your thoughts become quieter,

And peaceful calmness washes over you.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this moment of tranquility.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Inhale and exhale any remaining tension.

Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.

Know that you are safe and supported in this peaceful state.

In this state of deep relaxation,
