Calming Anxiety Ambient Relaxation
Hello everyone, use this music to calm anxiety and just relax. Find a nice place to make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, and lose yourself to the sound of this ambient music. While in the meditation state, make sure to take deep breaths in and hold for 5 to 10 seconds before you release. This can be used for deep sleep meditation as well.
