A guided meditation.
Releasing ancestral scarcity and creating safety.
I invite you to find your comfortable seat.
Sit straight or lay down.
Now connect with your breath.
And gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
Take a slow deep breath into the nose.
And exhale fully out of the mouth three times.
A deep breath in through the nose.
A long exhale out of the mouth,
Release tension.
One more time.
Breathing in.
Ah,
Letting go.
Now just continue breathing through your nose.
And feeling the breath.
Entering your chest.
Your belly.
Let the breath flow easily,
Effortlessly into your body.
Bring your awareness down into your body.
Feel the weight of your bones.
You the support beneath you.
Peel the feed on the floor.
Imagine roots growing from your feet and your pelvis,
Anchoring you deeply into the earth.
You are helped.
You are supported.
Feel that support of the Earth,
The deep connection.
And also connection to your ancestors through the roots.
Bringing your awareness already to your lineage.
Behind you stand your ancestors,
Your parents,
Grandparents.
Generations before you.
And notice the energy without judgment.
There might be fear.
Struggle.
Survival.
There might be a lag.
Or uncertainty.
Bringing into the awareness.
It was there before you.
And notice what that feels like.
Bring also into awareness,
Thanks to them you are here today.
There is not just fear or struggle.
There's life.
There's love.
You are here,
Thanks to them.
Bring in gratitude for that fact.
You are here.
Thanks to your ancestors.
The lessons they already have learned.
Feel the gratitude.
And maybe release some more tension from your shoulders,
Your upper chest,
Your upper body.
From your lower belly,
Lower back.
From your legs.
Release what was stuck in the bones.
Take a deep breath in again into your heart space and silently say,
What is not mine.
I no longer need to carry.
What is not mine.
I no longer need to carry.
What is not mine.
I no longer need to carry.
Feel into it.
Imagine these fears gently dissolving,
Returning to the earth.
Be composted.
Now place your hands on your heart and belly.
Invite a new feeling.
Safety.
Say silently or aloud.
It is safe for me to have enough.
It is safe for me to have more than enough.
It is safe for me to receive.
It is safe for me to trust life.
Feel into the words,
The vibration.
Of having enough.
Of receiving.
Of trusting life now.
And feel behind your back.
Imagine a white light showering over your back and releasing the cords to the palms.
The fears of your ancestors,
The struggles,
The survival.
The uncertainty.
Feel the energy behind you shifting.
Feel this bright white light behind your back.
And feel how safety and peace settles into your nervous system.
Let your body learn a new truth.
I am safe.
What is not mine,
I no longer need to carry.
I am free from the past.
I feel safe with money.
I feel safe.
In my life.
I am safe already.
Feel into the heart space now.
Feeling safe.
Without wanting to control everything.
Breathe deeper,
Feel into the heart space.
Abundance can exist without struggle.
Even though my ancestors struggled.
I can be free.
I can be abundant without struggle.
What is theirs is theirs.
I release it I have permission to release it.
And I feel safe.
When it is released.
Feel into the heart space again.
I am allowed to live with more ease than those before me.
And feel a peaceful smile.
From your ancestors.
They also are released and without struggle now.
They send you the gratitude.
For this healing.
Feel the gratitude,
The connection to the ancestors,
If through gratitude and love.
Instead of fear and struggle.
There is love.
There's abundance.
Breathe deeply in.
And deeply out.
And slowly come back to time and space.
