Welcome to this mantra meditation on the Shiva Mantra Om Namah Shivaya.

We will start right away.

So if you still need some time to get comfortable,

Please press pause now.

Close your eyes.

Make sure that your belly is relaxed,

Your shoulders are relaxed.

Breathe comfortably in and out through the nose.

Rest.

Be comfortable and bring all the awareness simply on the mantra Om Shivaya.

If the mind is distracting you,

Simply come back.

Always peacefully,

I’ve only recently started to meditate by chanting mantras. This was my first experience without music, also, my first experience with saying the mantra just in my mind. This guided meditation was just perfect and made for a completely new way for me to practice my mantras now… without any app or music. Thank you for sharing. ❤️
