Welcome to this meditation and thank you so much for joining me today.
So I will just invite you to begin by breathing deeply a couple of times.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Feel the breath all the way into your belly and then just exhale letting go of the exhalation through your mouth.
Just do it for a couple of times in your own rhythm.
You can of course follow my breath if that feels good.
And just let everything be just the way it is right now.
Know that there is nothing that you have to do,
Nothing that needs to be achieved or avoided.
Simply be with your experience of the moment.
And maybe it can be like you are just exploring,
Observing a picture.
Observing the thoughts.
Feeling your emotions.
Feeling the sensations in your body.
Just allowing everything to flow and be alive inside of you.
If it feels intense it can be nice to breathe deeply for a couple of times all the way into the belly.
Simply letting go of the exhalation through the mouth.
And you can notice the sounds,
The sound of your breath.
Sound of my voice.
And all the sounds coming through your surroundings.
And in the midst of all these temporary things.
These that are coming and going.
Who are you?
Are you these temporary things,
Thoughts,
Emotions that you feel,
The body that you feel,
The sounds that you hear?
Or could it be that you are the observer?
That you are actually the one observing all these things.
Not the observer in that you are doing the observation.
Observer that is simply being,
Seeing.
Feeling the breath coming and going,
Flowing.
Maybe just ask yourself that question.
Am I all these temporary things that is coming and going in the moment?
Am I the observer,
The being that is seeing all these temporary things that are coming and going in the moment?
Know that you don't have to find the right answer.
Allow yourself to be with the question in openness to what the question awakens in you or opens in you.
How does this question touch you?
Breathe deeply for a couple of times.
Just allow yourself to feel the opening of your being beyond your thoughts,
Emotions,
The body,
Beyond all sounds.
Allow yourself to feel all these temporary things at the same time.
Make a ahead turn even only for about a second.
S bank.
Just being with the silence being with what you observe and feel for the next couple of minutes and remember the playfulness inside of you the playfulness in the silence the playfulness that can forget about right or wrong the playfulness that knows that you're free to feel and to be everything right now or nothing so take a deep playful breath and a couple more allow yourself to just let go of the exhalation with the sound and be playful about it just let it be a crazy sound or a loud sound and just let it happen spontaneously just allow yourself to feel a little bit of freedom my friend ah hey Ha ha.
Just being,
Feeling the playfulness,
The playful being that you are.
Doesn't care about doing it right,
Doing the meditation right,
Doesn't need to fight.
And just let yourself be playful with your breath for the next one to two minutes.
Let your breathing happen spontaneously and just flow with the breath.
It's like you're surfing a wave with your inhalation and exhalation,
The wave of the moment,
The energy within you.
Maybe you even want to place a hand or both of your hands on some part of your body as you're just breathing into that part,
Breathing into that place in your body.
Remember,
You can make all the sounds that you want and of course you can also be quiet if you feel like being quiet.
I'm just gonna make some sounds so you can join me if you want.
Choo,
Choo choo choo choo choo choo choo choo choo choo.
Choo choo choo choo choo choo choo choo choo choo choo.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha hooey.
Hooey.
Hooey.
Hooey.
And for the last couple of minutes,
Just let the palms of your hands face down while they're resting on your thighs.
Be present,
Put the palms of your hands in the soles of your feet.
Be open to feel that playful power that you are.
Alive as both silence and sound,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
And every sensation,
The smallest to the most intense in your body.
Being the alive human being that you are.
I invite you to just join me for three full breaths.
Ah.
Thank you so much for joining me.
Namaste.
