Welcome to Day 20.

Hidden Technique of Humor.

Begin by feeling at home where you are right now.

Take a look around.

If you want you can close your eyes and listen to the sounds.

Just listen without having to change anything.

Now turn away from the outside.

Turn your attention inside.

What's going on in your breath?

Follow your breath as carefully as you can throughout the body.

Inhaling all the way from the toes,

Up through your belly,

Chest,

Throat and head.

And then exhale.

Like a wave of relaxation flowing down through your body.

Let your shoulders drop.

You can release some of the tension,

Some of these armor plates.

With every breath release some energy.

Gain some clarity.

And transform your nerves of steel into nerves of light.

I can't take this anymore.

I must stay always.

Not again.

Sounds familiar?

Frustration and irritation.

Two funny little creatures that appear in our life every now and then.

I like to think of them as the result of friction.

Inner friction.

We walk around in our armors and push against each other in our daily lives.

Of course this causes friction and heat and energy.

When this energy can't flow freely in our body it's stored as tension.

Tension in the chest,

Shoulders,

Our face,

Throughout the body.

When the pressure reaches a certain point we release it as irritation or frustration.

Often against our loved ones.

This isn't the best way to handle things,

Obviously.

Let's breathe instead.

Follow your breath and let it spread your awareness in your body.

Inhaling,

Feeling energized.

Exhaling,

Feeling relaxed.

Slowly coming to balance.

One breath at a time.

Next time you feel frustrated or irritated,

Try this hidden technique.

It's a really epic technique for dealing with these states.

Just laugh.

Just laugh in the bazaar that here you are on this beautiful remarkable planet holding some super technology in your hand.

And still get pissed off because the phone is too slow,

The elevator never comes or the train is a whole quarter late.

How dare they.

Just smile.

Laugh.

Use the technique of humor to dismantle the frustration and irritation.

Laugh at all the seriousness.

Sometimes it's best not to take yourself or the world too serious.

It's a crazy circus.

I will get through somehow.

It will be much easier if we share some smiles and laughter on the way.

Congratulations.

You have finished Day 20 and uncovered the hidden technique of humor.
