Hello beautiful soul and welcome to your guided meditation.
I invite you to find a comfortable seated position.
Roll the shoulders back a few times,
Perhaps slightly pulling the chin in so that you have this beautiful elongated spine,
Closing the eyes so that we may turn our focus inward for this beautiful practice as we ignite the fire within.
Begin focusing on these deep beautiful breaths as you inhale deeply and exhale fully through the nose slow and steady,
Each breath inhaling dedication and each exhalation you are exhaling commitment.
For you remind yourself today that there is no beautiful blossoming lotus without a little bit of mud.
That we would not know the sheer joy of passing a finish line without putting in the hard work.
Know that while this journey may be difficult at times,
That we might have those high and low moments,
I know that you are capable of this journey.
Remind yourself as often as you need to.
You can,
You will,
You are succeeding at this journey.
Reminding yourself that this is not about leaps and bounds that occur overnight,
But rather about the daily decision to take action,
To put your best foot forward,
To trust and believe in yourself,
To make sure that each and every little decision that you make throughout the day is leading you to your ultimate goal.
Allowing yourself to believe and trust in your ability to step into that happiest and healthiest version of yourself that you are so deserving of becoming.
Remind yourself that you can,

Taking this moment to visualize yourself,
What does it look like to achieve this goal?
How do you look?
What emotions do you have?
How do you feel in your very core?
Is there a big elated smile upon your lips?
Are your shoulders rolled back tall and proud?

Feel how good it feels to achieve your goal.
Remind yourself of this feeling and when things get tough,
Tap into this reminder.
It is so worth it and you can succeed.
Begin by taking your hands to your heart center.
I invite you to rub your palms together,

Placing those palms on your heart.
Take a big inhalation in through the nose.
Exhale audibly out the mouth.
