In this peacebeam we look at the power of words. All words have a cosmos of meaning attached to them and tremendous potential to alter the way we view and experience things. By choosing a word to beautify our day, we can let its positive energy permeate through the next 24 hours. This peacebeam can be used individually or as one day of the Begin Bright series.

I love this series. It’s incredible how 5 minutes with Peacebeam can instantly boost my day with positive energy!

If can feel like eternity waiting around for people to wake up so you can talk about all these things with them. I find myself trying to navigate what to say and not say too much to people who still are present when they should be.
I’m calling being vacant these days. It’s the expression I get when I’m talking and the blank stare is in play but not really engaging. There is shaking of head for ponderance and acceptance is there but the information doesn’t truly land for many. So I’m always looking for ways to improve my relationships and help others find ways to stop complaining so much.
I have a group of people I spend time with one day a week that sit around contemplating life while waiting for the event to end. They do not realize the things they say. I’m so tired, I haven’t done anything for myself in awhile. Then when you tell them to add themselves into the planner that sitting right in front of them there are excuses. I don’t have time is the number one. But we all do somewhere. Parent ourselves like we parent our children. I got that from Dr. Shefali! It’s amazing what we can do when we help each other and let our loads get lighter. I just want to be helpful but not appear pushy.
