Welcome to a bilocation journey to Ancient Egypt, to the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the Gods Sobek & Horus. They represent the two hemispheres of the brain- reptilian & intuitive. "Light & dark." This guided meditation leads us into the dungeons of the mind that are ready to be cleaned out and integrated with the intuitive, luminous aspect of our waking consciousness. Welcome to our journey through Earth.

The sentient celestial force that holds our life so graciously and the astrological element of our personal grounding force,

Our ability to anchor,

Commit,

Show up,

And be in our conscious heart center.

I invite you to get comfortable and close your eyes.

We will now teleport to ancient Egypt.

Take a deep breath as your soul arrives in Kemet via bilocation.

This is your soul's ability to exist in different geographical locations or planes of consciousness simultaneously through the cultivation of your ka or life force energy.

Smell the vibrant aroma of the luscious and fertile greenery where the Nile River intersects with the flesh of the Earth.

As you arrive at a very sacred and ancient temple,

You step off the handmade wooden faluka sailboat with its rustic,

Precisely woven triangular sail onto the magnificent steps of Kamombo,

And you eagerly walk a few steps upwards.

You feel a strong presence and look back at the Nile to notice hundreds of crocodiles lining the bank of the river.

They are calm and docile,

Yet highly respected by physical distance and deep primal fear.

They are,

After all,

One of the two most deadly animals in this part of the world.

As you continue upwards towards the temple,

You notice a staunch,

Tall,

Strong,

Masculine figure near the elaborate stone entryway.

As you walk slowly and humbly,

Your white linen clothing blowing in the river wind,

You notice it is Anubis waiting to greet you.

You take a deep breath together of mutual soul recognition and bow,

Offering your olive branch to Anubis in gratitude for opening the way to this glorious healing temple.

As Anubis steps aside and makes way for your entry,

You step forward,

Barefoot through the threshold of the temple.

You are the only person here.

As you look up,

You see vibrant,

Fresh paint on the ceilings and archway,

As if they had just been painted.

You take in the essence of the plant-dyed paint colors of fire red,

Indigo blue,

Earth green,

And many colors of the rainbow.

And you notice Wajet depicted in both her snake and vulture form above you,

Protecting the temple and all those benevolent initiates who enter.

As you stand in the threshold and take in the overwhelm of beauty and power from the hieroglyphic codes lining the wall from floor to ceiling,

You notice the temple is split exactly in half,

Two mirrored opposite temples within the one grand temple.

You feel a calling to enter the portal to the right side first.

As you enter the right hemisphere of the temple,

You start to feel that familiar presence you experienced near the river,

A crocodilian presence.

As you look closer at the temple walls,

You see depictions of Sobek,

The crocodile-headed god who represents our primal,

Reptilian brain,

The shadow of our ego,

And the parts of ourselves that keeps us limited and minuscule.

You feel an intuition that Sobek wants to commune with you.

You notice the sensations of fear that arise and you breathe into it.

The people of this age,

Ancient Egypt,

Fear the crocodile so deeply that they choose to honor and glorify him for all his immense cerebral intelligence,

Strength,

Fertility,

And timeless resilience through phases of evolution.

In this honoring of the prehistoric animal comes a time when,

After deep clearing practices such as you've completed,

When one must face their initiation with the deadly mouth of the crocodile,

Also known as their darkest shadows.

Sobek,

Etched with sound vibrations into the temple walls,

Comes alive and is suddenly staring at you face to face.

You breathe deeply through all sensations of fear and know that you are ready to be swallowed alive.

You feel Sobek's excited desire to consume you whole.

As you continue breathing into surrender,

You find yourself in the darkness of the murky waters,

Deep below the surface,

In the throat of Sobek.

You see all of your shadow thoughts,

Toxic behaviors,

Loops of imbalanced logic,

Analysis paralysis,

Limiting beliefs,

Fears of scarcity further manifesting,

Conditioned detachment from love and abundance,

And all the human fears that live in the expansiveness of the reptilian mind or the ego.

As you lovingly observe these aspects of yourself,

Sobek intuitively nudges you to release them and forgive yourself.

You feel squeezed tight in the mouth of the crocodile and feel ready to emerge back to the light,

Back to your birthright of freedom,

And back to the body of the earth where it feels safe.

Just as Sobek is ready to completely swallow and devour you,

You finally emancipate these shadowy fragments of yourself and throw them with all of your might into the stomach of the great crocodile.

As Sobek digests this kaleidoscope of no longer serving density,

He swims to the surface of the river and opens his massive jaws,

Allowing you to crawl out,

Being mindful of his impeccably sharp teeth.

As you regain your composure and deep breathing,

You feel victorious.

You have entered the darkness of the mind and conquered it.

You realize these shadows are not bad or to be shamed but must not rule you.

The shadows create the contrast of light.

As you feel the sun rising higher and the beckoning of the light,

You are energetically ushered to the left hemisphere of the grand temple,

Into the luminosity of Horus.

He is the falcon-headed god of the sun and spirit,

Representing the polarity and opposite force of Sobek.

As you confront the massive depiction of Horus on his half of the temple,

You feel the frequency of the walls,

The hieroglyphs,

And intricate yet simple messages woven within.

You start to recognize familiarity with these sacred symbols within your consciousness.

You feel Horus emanating immense light from his being and suddenly he comes to life in front of you.

You both stand facing one another as you look into his falcon face and strong beak,

Adventurous eyes.

Through your silent yet powerful exchange,

You start to feel blinded by the sunlight as the golden white warmth induces you into a deep communion with your spirit,

Your higher self.

You feel yourself a part of the light that's temporarily suspending your vision as it transmits divine illumination of the beautiful,

Radiant soul that you are.

You feel a realization of the perfect balance you are as a soul dressed up as a human,

This is Horus's message to you to persevere into the kingdom of maturity and wisdom,

To remember the light which you came from and will always be.

Let it guide you,

Let it shine truth and trust on your path.

Let your spirit lead you wherever you go,

For she knows that darkness is the realm of misinformation and distraction and that the light is the home of love.

Horus and the Sun united as one emanate a final and most dazzling flash of unbelievable light that lands on the lotus flower crown of your head.

You feel the light enter your pineal gland as it swells up awakening from a long slumber.

Feel the light refracting inside your skull and melting away those aspects that you offered Sobek,

Completely letting them go from your consciousness.

As the light flows down into your heart,

Bring both hands out in front of your heart as if you're holding it in your hands as a glowing ball.

Slowly move this radiating sphere of cosmic light from your heart up over your throat and over your lower belly.

These encoded filaments within your DNA awaken and stir in the remembrance of the sacred light and permanently upgrade to a state of high functioning.

The ball of light begins to dim as it's fully merging into your body and fusing with your cellular memory.

Take a few deep breaths and feel the assimilation of this journey.

Before you open your eyes,

Find yourself bowing to both Sobek and Horus,

The opposing forces of your nature and the divine balance that now reclaims rain.

Begin to whisper the sound,

Shhhhhh,

As you slowly open your eyes and return to your body fully realized and upgraded to a higher state of compassion and trust in your unique soul mission.

With this sense of stability and respect for the ego versus soul contrast comes an anchoring with the earth where we may proceed with confidence and a lengthened spine as our dance with our polarities brings peace,

Connection to self and all existence rooted strong on the earth while the celestial forces pour through us.
