Good morning,

Thank you for being here with me today.

You can stay laying in bed or you can sit down,

Whichever you like,

Whatever is best for you in this moment.

If it feels right,

You can start by closing your eyes and start paying attention to your breath.

Notice how the air comes in and out of your body.

Inhale deeply and on the exhalation,

Allow yourself to let go of everything that doesn't belong to this moment.

Inhale and exhale letting go.

Today I would like to start the day with a bit of gratitude.

Take your time to think about the things and the people that you are grateful for.

Your breath,

A sunny day,

A person you love,

Whatever comes to mind.

Try to visualize the image as real as possible and every time an image comes to mind,

Visualize yourself saying thank you.

Notice how gratitude fills in your body.

Use all the body sensations.

You can stay here enjoying this moment for a few more minutes or you can take this feeling of gratitude with you for the rest of the day.

Just remember,

Close your eyes,

Feel your breath and say thank you.
