Meditation.
Connect with an undamaged stillness.
The undeniable presence of a higher power.
Settling yourself.
Adjusting the body so you feel supported.
Comfortable to go into this.
Deep Inquiry and time connecting to.
.
.
Something greater than yourself.
Allowing the senses to open.
Curious of any sounds that are coming and going.
Smells.
Taste.
Nothing to change,
Nothing to fix.
Make any better.
Curious of the room,
The walls.
.
.
Service you're resting in.
Gravity and outbreath.
And the weight of the body drops.
Feeling the weight go underside.
Sensation of the mouth and face,
Head.
Head resting on the shoulders.
The left arm and hand.
The right arm and hand.
Feeling the sensations of the trunk of the body.
However,
Left leg and foot.
The right leg and foot.
It's feeling the whole body's sensation.
Pay attention to the breath.
I'm curious of the movement of the chest or the tummy.
Maybe feeling the sensation of breath on the nose or the exhale on the lips.
Just feeling the body being breathed.
Curious feelings and emotions coming and going.
Thoughts arising and falling.
Then.
.
.
Repeat the sentence in your mind's eye.
Sentence of I am with your name.
So,
I am Paul.
Repeat that with your own name and just be curious what it feels like as you repeat that sentence.
A failing.
And then when you redrop the name.
.
.
It's just I am.
Sense how that feels.
Then drop the arm.
Just don't look.
And let go of the I.
And what's left?
Can you sense the space?
If you drop the label.
You let go.
Of the identity to sell.
Curious.
Feeling.
Feeling the space that's left.
Become Naran Damage Space.
Curious of your experience of what's left.
You let go of the labels.
Connecting with your true nature.
Sense of being.
Some may call a higher power.
Connecting to this unchanging,
Undamaged,
Timeless space.
Feel back into the body.
Go back into the character.
Personality of the person.
Who you think you are.
Feel the body being breathed.
Even as you feel the body being breathed.
You can just sense something greater,
An undeniable presence.
It's always there.
When you're ready this short practice is coming to a close.
You can open and close the eyes,
Move the toes and fingers.
Even as you start engaging the world sense the presence that is always there.
Even in everyday life.
When you are ready,
Continue with the rest of your day.
