
Tibetan Deep Chanting - River Birds

This novel meditation track starts with around twelve minutes of 'Deep' Tibetan Chanting which is great for altering our brain wave state to a slow, calm, frequency. Many folk reach a slow alpha range or even theta - the frequencies conducive to healing, restoration and re-balancing. The sound then moves into a section of river and bird song to revive our connection with nature and further lift our body, mind and spirit.
