Picture the energy in that spot leaving on your next breath.
You're finding your rhythm now,
Your pattern of breath in and breath out.
Simply go with the flow.
This is your time.

And watch those thoughts fold up and fade into the beautiful waves of breath energy riding in and passing out.
Each breath is a spiritual massage.
Each breath brings a new level of surrender.
Each breath brings an expanding spaciousness that ripples in waves throughout your being.
Free of any constraints,
You can let go of your identity and breathe into the awareness of yourself as energy.
Energy that is independent of time,
Of place,
Without limit.
Let go,
Accept whatever is present for you.
You might have the experience of light.
You may have the awareness that you're moving,
Of being called forward.
You may have the awareness of remembering.
Remembering that you are a divine creation.
Of remembering your mission or purpose in this lifetime.
Of remembering the oneness,
Your connection to all that is.
Of remembering your bliss.
Of remembering that your essential nature is love.
