Living In the Heart - Guided Meditation... We live in turbulent times, and that can be difficult. Because being continually angry and fearful fuels more chaos. The antidote is to recenter our attention in our heart centers. We actually have 3 heart centers, the physical heart, the spiritual heart, the home of our soul, the I am presence, and finally the mystical heart, our connection with the Oneness of All-that-is. This meditation aligns us and reconnects us to our own inner peace. From that place of peace, we can be of benefit to the world by being calm, compassionate, and kind.
