Close your eyes and with your spine straight and your chest open,

Just breathe.

Let your breath find its own natural rhythm and simply breathe.

As we breathe,

Our mind tends to wander.

And while wandering,

Mind finds so many things to worry about.

And a worried mind is really identified with ego.

In this meditation,

We go beyond ego.

We go beyond worry and beyond limitations.

We go within to connect with pure essence.

And you can do that.

All you need is breath and your name.

Your real name.

Your eternal name.

It's a name you use every day.

I am.

I am is your name.

And it's all you need to take this journey.

Your true name.

I am.

So let's let the breath carry your name.

Breathe in,

I.

And breathe out,

Am.

Try that now.

Breathe your name.

Breathe I in and am out.

And breathe out,

Am.

Try that now.

Breathe out,

Am.

Try that now.

And now you're ready for the journey.

There are three portals that will lead us within.

The first portal is stillness.

We must discover the stillness inherent in our bodies.

Breathe in slowly and scan your body from the soles of your feet to the top of your head.

And breathe out slowly,

Scanning from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.

Breathe in,

Scan your body now.

Now place your full attention just below the navel and just inside the belly.

Focus on this center of gravity.

Pay attention to the stillness here.

Notice that that stillness feels solid and strong.

Stillness is stability.

When you rest in stillness,

It supports you.

With your attention in the belly,

Breathe I am as you did before.

Breathe in,

I.

And breathe out,

Am.

And rest in stillness.

The second portal is silence.

Listen now to the silence and the noise in and around you.

Whether there is sound or no sound is not important.

There is a story of Kuan Yin meditating on an island.

She listened to the waves and the silence in between the waves.

She listened without preferring one or the other.

Because it is never about the conditions around us.

It is about seeking the silence within.

Silence begins and ends in the mind.

So place your attention in the center of your forehead.

True silence is a mind free of thought.

But when thoughts do come,

Listen without preferring.

For there is silence in between the thoughts.

And in the silence,

There is wisdom.

In silence,

Guidance can find you.

Breathe I am and enter the untapped silence.

In the space between the inhale and exhale is silence.

In between I and am is the silence.

Listen without preferring and rest in the silence.

The third portal is spaciousness.

Bring your attention to the center of your chest,

Into the heart center.

The heart center is inconceivable to the mind.

It is the seat of the infinite while it is in form.

For a body to contain infinity seems impossible.

When the very definition of infinite is endless,

Boundless,

Limitless.

How can a body which seems to have size,

Shape,

And limits contain it?

That is why we must leave the mind behind now and simply be in the moment.

Breathe I am into and from this spot.

Let your awareness expand into the inconceivable vastness within.

Experience the boundless nature of being.

Breathe I am into and from this space.

Breathe and experience what it is to be infinite,

To be without any limit,

To go beyond.

Breathe and go beyond.

Breath and experience what it is to be infinite,

To go beyond.

Breath and experience what it is to be infinite,

To go beyond.

Breath and experience what it is to be infinite,

To go beyond.

Breath and experience what it is to be infinite,

To go beyond.

Breath and experience what it is to be infinite,

To go beyond.
