This was a good but difficult one for me personally. Realized a little more during this meditation there’s still quite a bit of noise up there. I will breathe through it.

Two weeks ago I attended my oldest brother’s funerals. Today was the first morning I was ready to « be still ». Thank you for helping me find my way. 🙏🙏
