Welcome,
This is a space for you to slow down,
To soften and to reconnect with the love that lives at your core.
You don't need to force anything or change who you are in this moment,
Simply arrive just as you are and know that you're enough.
Take a deep,
Slow breath in through the nose and let it go gently through the mouth.
Again,
Breathing in deeply and exhaling slowly as if releasing the weight of the day.
And one more time,
A deep,
Nourishing breath in and a soft,
Easy breath out.
Now allow your breath to find a natural rhythm.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest,
The soft expansion of your belly.
Each inhale a quiet reminder that you're alive.
Each exhale a chance to release and return home to yourself.
Feel the support beneath you,
The floor,
The cushion,
The chair.
Notice how your body is held and supported without needing to do anything.
Let the muscles of your face soften.
Relax your shoulders,
Your belly,
Your hands.
Let yourself settle a little more deeply with each breath.
Bring gentle awareness to your heart center,
The space in the middle of your chest.
Noticing any sensations here,
Warmth,
Tightness,
Tingling,
Or perhaps a sense of emptiness.
Whatever is here,
Simply allow it to be.
No need to fix or change,
Just notice and breathe.
Now imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing in your heart space.
The light represents compassion,
The kind of love that doesn't need you to be perfect.
With every breath in,
Imagine this light growing warmer,
Softer,
Brighter.
With each breath out,
Feel it radiate gently through your body,
Through your chest,
Down your arms,
Through your legs.
All the way to your fingertips and toes.
You might silently whisper to yourself,
May I be gentle with myself.
May I remember that I am enough.
May I allow love in just as I am.
If these words feel hard to say,
That's okay.
Simply hold them lightly as if planting seeds and let your breath carry them deeper.
Now bring to mind a part of you that sometimes feels judged or not enough.
It might be a memory,
A feeling,
Or just a vague sense of heaviness.
Notice where you feel it in your body.
Place your hand there if that feels comfortable and breathe into that space.
Imagine the warm,
Compassionate light flowing there,
Surrounding this part of you.
Like a gentle embrace,
It says you are safe.
You are loved.
You are welcome here.
With each exhale,
Release a little of the tension or judgment that you've been carrying.
With each inhale,
Draw in kindness and acceptance.
Now bring to mind someone who loves or has loved you unconditionally.
It could be a person,
A friend,
A pet,
Or even a sense of the universe itself.
Picture them here with you,
Offering a warm smile,
Seeing your true essence.
Feel their love as if it's a soft breeze wrapping gently around you.
Let yourself imagine hearing these words as if whispered softly into your heart.
You are worthy of love simply because you exist.
There is nothing you need to do to earn it,
Nothing you need to fix.
Right now,
As you are,
You are enough.
Allow these words to wash over you like a wave.
Breathe them in.
Let them settle deep into your being.
Take a moment to silently repeat,
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I choose to love and care for myself.
Begin now to bring awareness back to the space around you,
Noticing the sounds in the room,
The feeling of the surface beneath you,
The gentle rhythm of your breath.
Take one more deep,
Nourishing breath in,
And a long,
Soft exhale out.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Carrying this sense of warmth and self-love into the rest of your day.
Thank you for sharing this time with yourself.
