Let yourself feel.

Feel the aliveness coursing through your body,
Sensations of warmth or coolness,
Tingling,
Pulsing.
Just notice,
Notice it all with the warm light of your attention.
And if you feel any discomfort in your body,
I invite you to include it all.
Just let it be there without making it mean anything,
Without needing it to change or go away.
Offer it to the vast space in your own heart.
Letting your attention sink in and down to that space in your heart.
The heart where everything is welcome.
Everything is welcome.
Everything is welcome in the vastness of love.
And I invite you to make an offering to any place in you,
Any part that feels hesitant or afraid,
Tender.
Any place you might be holding.
Notice,
Notice any place you might be holding or believing that you are unworthy or somehow not enough.
Maybe there are thoughts about how you should be different,
Different than you are.
More of this or less of that.
Surrender all of this into the vast ocean of love.
