I found this talk, and the metaphor of the monkeys eating ice cream, delightful! I especially appreciate the reference, albeit fleeting, to the persona, as there exists an unfortunate (imho) between persons and ego: as well as the description of what could have transpired if Will Smith (here, Everyman) has responded to Chris Rock from his higher Self. I would only add that there is no contradiction between the reality of concrete form and our perceptions of this level of material manifestation, on one hand, and on the other hand, the open and endless infinite possibilities available when we shift our perspective to a larger awareness of cosmic energies flowing through us. these are simply distinct facets of the nature of reality. To set them in opposition to each other, is black and white thinking, as common to human experience as having a Will Smith moment.
