Good morning,
My name is Oksana Lasta and welcome to this morning meditation for a good day.
Whenever you are ready find a comfortable seated position,
Whatever that means for you,
Where you can feel at ease.
Keeping your eyes open and just softening your eyelids,
Allowing your gaze to become soft and gentle.
When following inhale lift your arms above the head,
Lengthen through the fingertips,
Make yourself tall,
Awake in your spine and then exhale softly,
Lower your arms down by your sides.
Relax the shoulders,
Hug the shoulder blades into your back body,
Feel your shoulder blades as if they are two waterfalls and just allowing this water to run down towards your hips.
Bring the chin towards the chest,
Allowing the back side of the neck to lengthen,
Taking a wide breath into your back body,
Allowing back of the ribs to expand like wings.
And then long exhale,
Slowly,
Very gently start bringing your right ear towards the right shoulder,
Initiating a big circle with your head,
Taking two slow,
Mindful,
Controlled circles towards the right side and then two towards left,
Noticing every sensation,
Every feeling,
Noticing how your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your back and even how your mind is feeling today.
Allowing yourself to slow down,
Really feeling the movement and feeling it with kindness and love,
Noticing these spots of tension with acceptance and patience.
As these points of stuckness is where the potential energy resides,
Slowly bringing your head back to the center,
Ground yourself through pressing your sit bones into the ground,
And raise through lengthening through the crown of your head,
Finding ease and lightness in your body.
Tune into your breath,
Observe it,
Notice it,
And simply by noticing it,
You will see how your breath naturally will start to slow down,
Allow for it to happen.
And we're gonna move into the breathing exercise where we're gonna inhale through the nose for the count of five,
Hold for the count of five,
And exhale through the mouth for the count of seven.
Exhaling inhale through the nose,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Hold,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Exhale through the mouth for the count of seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Inhale,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Hold,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Exhale,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Inhale,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Hold,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Exhale,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
One more round like this,
Inhale,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Hold,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Exhale,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And now take a few normal breaths.
Feel free to close your eyes here and bring your awareness towards your solar plexus just above your navel.
Imagine the dot of bright yellow light there.
Feel it.
Notice it.
Allowing this dot to turn into a flame,
A flame of desire.
Think what would you like to manifest into your day or into your life?
What kind of energy you would like to attract into your life?
Allow this flame to become bigger,
More intense on every inhale and to dissolve all across your body on every exhale.
Allowing it to grow,
To burn,
To become more intense on every inhale and to travel in all parts,
In all corners of your body on every exhale.
Feeling the energy of fire in your tippy toes,
Your fingers,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Legs.
Feeling this flame traveling towards the crown of your head.
And now on every inhale,
Feeling the flame growing,
Add the sound,
Ram.
Inhale,
Say quietly to yourself,
Ram.
And on exhale,
Allow this flame to dissolve all across your body.
Inhale Ram.
And softly exhale.
Inhale Ram.
And exhale.
Now letting go of mantra Ram,
Coming back to your breathing,
Allowing the flame to become smaller,
Turning back into a dot and eventually allowing it to dissolve back into your solar plexus.
Bring your hands on top of each other in the middle of your chest where your energetical heart is and quietly to yourself say,
It's done,
It's done,
It's done.
And repeat once again,
It's done,
It's done,
It's done.
Reminding to yourself that what you seek is also seeking you.
Have a beautiful day.
