Welcome to this past life regression.
I'd like you to find a comfortable position where you can rest and not be disturbed.
Once comfortable rest your head back and find a Adrishti.
Adrishti is a focal point you can gaze upon.
Allow your gaze to soften,
Closing down your eyes and allow your eyelids to melt together.
Your body to sink down into your chair,
Your bed or the floor.
Just allow your body to become rested,
Relaxed and as I count back from ten your body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Ten,
Softening the feet.
Nine,
Relaxing the lower body.
Eight,
Relaxing the middle body.
Seven,
Softening the upper body.
Six,
Allowing yourself to fall into a deep relaxed state.
Five,
Gently softening your mind.
Four,
Getting deeper and deeper now.
Three,
Feel relaxation enveloping your body.
Two,
Relaxing from head to toe.
And one,
Completely relaxed now.
I'd like you to begin to visualize a healing light of any color you choose.
This light is your protection.
Visualize this light circling and growing above the crown of your head.
This protective light pulls down and washes over your body,
Protecting your mind,
Protecting your body and protecting your spirit.
Allow the light to shine around you,
Keeping you safe with nothing to fear.
You are safe,
You are grounded,
You are secure.
Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale,
Inhaling deeply.
Exhale completely.
Big long inhale,
Even bigger,
Longer exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhaling and exhaling and just allow your body to breathe deeply.
I'd like to ask the subconscious mind to come to the forefront.
Is the subconscious mind ready to visit the past lives that have gone before you?
When you are ready,
In your own time,
Allow the subconscious mind to come to the front and ask yourself,
Are you ready to discover the past lives?
Begin to visualize yourself in a long dark tunnel.
If you can't visualize,
That's okay.
Just imagine,
Feel or sense yourself here.
It's a large tunnel with plenty of space and at the end of the tunnel is a small white light.
You are floating headlong through this tunnel towards the white light.
It is somewhat cold but that doesn't bother you because you know you are safe.
As you move down through this tunnel you draw closer and closer to the white light.
The white light becomes bigger and brighter,
Bigger and brighter,
Bigger and bigger,
Bright white light until you are no longer floating but standing.
You feel as though you are stepping on soft fluffy clouds which gradually evaporate into the path upon which you stand.
Now we'll continue to three and count to three and at the count of three I want you to step into this light.
One,
Two,
Three.
You are now standing in the light.
It is a pure white light and feel the light streaming down through the crown of your head.
Feel the white light being drawn down through the body,
Through the head,
The neck,
The shoulders and the arms,
The chest,
The stomach,
The thighs,
The legs and the feet.
The beautiful white light is in you.
You are in the light.
You are the light.
The light is love.
You are love.
You are protected by your own protective bubble,
Your own energy field.
Feel the white light cleanse your mind,
Body and spirit.
Now you are standing at the top of a very long flight of stairs that go down and around and around and down.
You walk slowly and carefully down the stairs feeling comfortable with each step down.
Standing at the bottom of the stairs you see a large door.
This door is closed but you reach out and push it open and as you push the door slowly begins to open revealing a room that looks like a library though smaller in size.
On either sides of the walls are hundreds and hundreds of books.
Old books,
New books,
Big heavy books,
Smaller lighter books.
Some are in good condition others are battered and well read.
Now walk through and past the rows and rows of books.
As you look around you you are drawn to a particular book.
It is large,
Heavy and cloth bound book and it is very very old.
You reach carefully and remove the book from the position on the shelf and then carry it over to a small table in the corner of the library.
You wipe away the thick dust cloud from the cover of the book and carefully trace the writing with your thumb.
On the cover is your name written in old English font.
You open the book up seeing some of the pages are yellow with age you take more care.
You already know that this book is the book of time.
It is the book of your time,
Your many lives.
Opening the book at the present date you see an entry for today describing what happened earlier on and where you are right now.
As you carefully turn the page you see entries from your last birthday and a picture there of how you looked.
Many pages contain photographs some in colour some in black and white and some are sepia.
Carefully turning the pages of your lifetimes you see photographs and entries of things you'd completely forgotten about.
Earlier times in your life,
Happier times,
Some sad too possibly.
Right back to infancy when you were a tiny baby.
Turning back the pages further still you see photographs of your old self,
The person you used to be.
The writing may be in a different language certainly many of the words are different from now and that's okay.
Looking carefully you see the name,
Your name.
See the old photograph and read the writing for you instinctively know what it says.
Noticing the date on this page.
Do you know what the town or the city you lived in?
Going to be quiet now for a moment and let you absorb in this information that the book is providing you.
Don't worry about remembering all of it now you can come back here whenever you want to.
As you gaze and turn the pages of your old lifetimes seeing photographs of who you were.
Male,
Female maybe you were a child or an adult.
Seeing who was around you,
What the date was.
Noticing any significant parts in your lifetime.
Notice if one photograph stands out more than another.
Just allow yourself to flick through this book discovering more and more.
Allowing the subconscious mind to discover more and more as images come to mind.
Remembering time way back in the past.
You're going back,
Back and all the way back in time.
Some images that flow into your mind may seem quite surreal.
You may doubt that they're nothing more than figments of your imagination but allow your mind to be open.
Allow these memories to flow back into your awareness.
Allow yourself to be.
As you read,
As you see,
As you feel,
As you connect to this book of time.
Take one last moment to look through and then when you're ready I'd like you to close the book.
Replace the book on its shelf.
Head back through the door.
Closing the door behind you and then heading back up the stairs.
Now count up to ten and you will come all the way back to this present moment right now.

Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Wide awake now.
Wide,
Wide awake.
Eyes open.
Allow yourself time to process.
You may not remember everything.
There may be things that have come up for you and they may or may not appear again and that's okay.
Just allow yourself to sit with what's happened.
Sit with what you've experienced and take a moment to breathe.
