Transcript
Allow yourself to breathe deeply in and out of your body.
Allow yourself to feel the rise of the belly,
Then the ribs,
Then the chest.
And then allow yourself to feel the chest,
Then the ribs,
Then the belly full.
As you breathe in,
The belly rises.
As you breathe out,
Feel the belly fall.
I just want you to focus on this deep breath,
Pushing the belly out as you breathe in.
Allowing the belly to fall as you breathe out.
As you inhale,
Allow the belly to rise.
As you exhale,
Allow it to fall.
Inhaling,
Push the belly out.
Exhale as you draw that belly back in.
Inhale as you push the belly out.
Exhale as you draw the belly back in.
Inhale,
Push the belly out.
Exhale as you draw the belly back in.
Breathing in as you push the belly out.
And breathing out as you draw the belly back in.
Just focus on that healing breath,
That deep breath.
And with each breath you take,
Each exhalation,
You're allowing your body to relax deeper and deeper.
With each inhalation you're allowing your body to become heavy,
More and more relaxed as you breathe in.
Visualise your body melting down,
Becoming heavy and as you breathe out,
Allow each muscle in your body to relax completely.
Inhaling deeply as you feel that rise.
Exhale completely as you feel that fall.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Big breath in.
Big breath out.
Inhale,
Push the belly out.
Exhale,
Deep breath in.
Exhale,
Draw the belly back in.
Inhale as you push the belly out.
Exhale,
Draw the belly back in.
Inhale,
Push.
Exhale,
Draw.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Exhale.
And then when you're ready,
Just allow that breath to return to a natural,
Deep rhythm.
Feeling no pressure.
Allowing any expectations to fade,
Any judgements to wash away.
Slowly becoming aware of your abandonment wound.
When I first say that word abandonment,
Maybe your mind jolts off to somewhere.
Maybe it goes to a thought or a feeling.
A distraction.
A distraction.
Just notice what comes up for you when you think about that word of abandonment.
And we all have an abandonment wound,
Whether it's prominent or not.
I want you to find this place now to start accepting that wound.
And just by being here,
Practising,
Taking this practice,
Taking this meditation,
Whether it works completely,
Doesn't matter.
What matters is you're on the journey.
You're all on that journey of awareness.
So just take a moment now in your mind to accept that wound.
Maybe repeat in your mind,
I accept my abandonment wound.
I accept this wound.
I accept this wound.
And if we resist or refuse to accept a wound,
We will never fully heal.
So we're allowing ourselves that acceptance.
We're allowing that ego to drop.
We're allowing this space and this time to heal.
So just breathe in deeply,
Breathe in that acceptance deep down into your body.
And as you breathe out,
I want you to breathe out that resistance.
Inhale through the nose,
Breathe in that acceptance.
Breathe out through the mouth,
Release that resistance.
Inhale that acceptance.
Exhale that resistance.
Inhale that acceptance.
Allowing your body and your mind and your soul to heal.
And as you exhale,
Release any ego,
Any negativity,
Any thoughts,
Any feelings of resistance.
And just allow yourself this moment,
This time now to fully accept where you are.
Fully accept that awareness of this wound.
And maybe when you think of this wound,
This abandonment,
You need to locate it physically in the body.
Can you notice where you might feel that uncomfortable feeling,
That tension,
That pain maybe?
Maybe it's in your heart space.
Maybe you feel it in your stomach.
Maybe you feel it in your chest.
Just locate that space.
Locate where physically you feel that wound.
And then mentally and emotionally,
Notice where that abandonment might be coming from.
You may think it's only a small thing,
But it may have a huge impact.
And then you can feel the feeling of the moment.
And then mentally and emotionally,
Notice where that abandonment might be coming from.
You may think it's only a small thing,
But it may have a huge impact.
Remember,
This is a safe space.
You are okay.
You are accepting this wound.
You are exploring,
Understanding yourself deeper,
Going into that trauma to heal,
To develop,
To understand,
To relax,
To release.
And you think of this wound and you locate it in the body.
And you notice how it feels.
Maybe locate an emotion.
Is it sadness?
Is it in your heart?
Is it anxiety?
Is it in the chest?
Just allowing that emotion,
That physical feeling,
And that feeling,
That thought,
That cause to come together.
Visualise this wound,
This abandonment as a ball,
Located in the body,
Located in the mind.
Visualise in the space where you feel this for you.
And allow yourself to feel it.
Notice how it feels.
Is it a sharp pain?
Is it a difficult pain?
Is it uncomfortable?
I want you to take a big deep breath in,
Push that belly out as wide as you can.
And as you exhale,
I want you to allow all of that pain to begin to ease as you breathe out.
As you inhale,
That sense of security of you comes in.
And as you exhale that pain,
That wound begins to ease.
You're freeing yourself.
You're releasing.
You've brought it to the surface.
You're aware.
And now with that breath,
As you exhale,
With that breath,
As you exhale,
You are releasing.
As you inhale,
Allow that pain to rise.
And as you exhale,
Allow that pain,
That wound to ease.
The sense of security is you.
Making peace with this space.
Continue to breathe deeply as you inhale,
It comes to the surface.
As you exhale,
It's released.
As you inhale,
It comes up.
Inhale,
It comes up.
As you exhale,
It's released.
Inhaling deeply.
Exhale completely.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Release it all.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Allow that pain to slowly fade away,
To be released.
Allow your body to feel relaxed and deeper and deeper into that relaxation now.
Your mind,
Your body completely resting,
Completely relaxing.
And this emotion that you've been given to work through.
This wound,
Your higher self,
The best version of you,
Knows you have the power to heal.
And you can learn from this wound.
You can make peace with that knowledge of that abandonment.
You can make peace that you are stable,
You are secure,
You are here for you.
You can begin to learn to make yourself the main character.
You can come back to that inner child we visited.
And you can go back to that inner child and remind them they are safe now.
They have you.
And avoid blaming yourself.
Avoid blaming others.
This is an experience of emotion that you'll go through,
That you might have been through.
And your higher self,
The best version of you,
Whatever you believe in,
Knows that you have that power to heal and to learn.
Allow that inner child to know that it has you now.
Allow yourself to learn and to know that you are at peace.
Let go of expectations.
When we have expectations of others,
This wound can arise.
Let go of expectations of yourself.
So whatever you need to release now,
As you breathe out,
Allow it to be released with that breath.
And as you breathe in,
Breathe in the peace that you need.
And as you breathe in,
Breathe in the peace that you need.
That tranquility to flow through your body from head to toe.
And as you breathe out,
Release those expectations.
Avoid that blame.
Release that guilt maybe.
And then when you're ready,
Just take a reminder that it's not going to heal right away.
It's not going to be transferred right away.
It's not going to be transformed right away.
This is a process.
And can you find a secure mantra when you notice in daily life this wound might appear?
Can you start to become more aware now when this wound is triggered?
Can you identify when this wound might be triggered?
Don't feel guilty for what's happened in the past.
Don't blame yourself.
Let go of the past.
And as we move on forward,
Find that secure mantra that when this wound does appear,
When it's triggered by whatever may trigger it for you,
What mantra can you use?
I am enough.
I am safe.
I am secure.
I release expectation.
I accept this wound.
I am aware this is a wound.
This is a trigger for me.
I'm aware and I am working through.
This is a process.
I release blame.
Creating a safe mantra you can rely on.
Maybe I am loved.
Maybe I am safe.
Maybe I belong.
Maybe I am not alone.
Just begin to create your safe mantra now.
Whatever that may be.
Whatever that may be.
And as you breathe deeply and you repeat this safe mantra in your mind,
I want you to bring a thumb in towards your palm.
If you use marla beads,
I want you to spin those marla beads in your hand as you repeat that mantra.
Creating a safe mantra you can rely on when that trigger is triggered.
I am loved.
I am safe.
I belong.
I am not alone.
This is a process.
I release expectation.
I release guilt.
I release blame.
And as you create that safe mantra and you repeat that in your mind,
You're becoming closer towards that best you.
You're becoming aware.
So allow yourself love first.
And find that love within yourself.
Using your crystals,
Placing your hand onto that first crystal,
That red crystal over onto the stomach,
Placing it there and holding it there,
Just over the stomach,
Over that sacral chakra,
That root chakra area.
Just placing the left hand over it first and then the right over the left hand and taking that energy in.
As you breathe in that grounding sensation,
You feel your feet,
The soles of the feet onto the floor.
And you breathe in that grounding sensation.
That's your safe mantra.
Your safe mantra is coming from this space and I want you to take that energy from that crystal,
From that stone.
Those vibrations are allowing you to raise your vibrations,
To tap into that energy,
That grounding sensation.
I am safe.
I am loved.
I belong.
I am not alone.
I release expectation,
Blame or guilt.
Repeat that safe mantra you can rely on as you hold this space now.
As you hold this space now,
As you hold your sacral area,
That chakra begins to shine.
Feel the heat from this space,
This energy,
This vibration you're creating.
Feel that energy.
Focus on that belly space.
As you breathe in,
Push the belly out,
Send that energy into the stomach and as you breathe out,
Draw that belly back in towards you.
Inhale as you push the belly out,
Expand that belly.
Exhale,
Draw the belly back in and feel that energy come in towards you.
Inhale as you push the belly out.
Exhale as you tap into that energy,
That grounding,
Healing energy,
That safety,
That security.
That's where the mantra is going to live for you.
I want you to take hold of that rose quartz,
That heart chakra space,
That heart chakra space,
Moving your hand over to the heart,
Placing that stone onto chest.
Breathing in that energy on your chest.
Bringing into the heart space,
Just reminding yourself that you deserve love.
You are worthy of love and that love comes from yourself.
Giving yourself that love you deserve.
Find that love within yourself.
You don't need to lean heavily on others as you are enough.
There is so much love in your heart to give to others but also for yourself.
So just tap into that love,
This space.
Breathe into your heart space,
Feel the rise and the fall,
Feel that energy blossom,
Feel that heat from the hands,
That vibration.
Breathe it in and breathe it out.
As you hold your stone,
Your crystal here towards your chest,
Feel into that energy.
Breathe it in and breathe it out.
Take a big breath in and a big breath out,
A big breath out,
Allowing that love to soak into the body.
Inhaling,
Visualise that colour,
That pink,
That love,
That rose quartz.
As you exhale,
That love spreads around your body.
Inhaling that love,
That colour,
That heat,
That energy you've created in your heart space and as you exhale,
Allow it to spread around your body.
One more big breath in,
One more big breath out.
And then when you're ready,
Just come into that final stone,
That final space,
Which is the third eye,
The space between your eyebrows.
You can hover your hands there or you can hold the stone between the eyebrows onto that third eye,
Your amethyst.
Just tap into that energy and amethyst is quite a calming stone,
A spiritual stone.
So you can tap into both those energies or you can work with just one.
As you breathe deeply into this area and you feel that cool energy,
That light,
You breathe into that space,
Just visualise that space,
This purple orb circling in the space of the third eye,
This purple energy that you're creating.
It's that higher connection to your best version of you.
Breathing deeply in and out of your body.
Just allow yourself this time,
This space to tap into your higher self.
To tap into your higher self,
As your body is so relaxed and your mind is healing,
Your body's healing,
Your soul's healing.
So asking your higher self,
There's a message if you have anything you need to know,
Whether that you need more love,
Asking yourself what do you need?
Do you need to set boundaries?
Do you need more love,
More kindness,
More strength?
So ask yourself that question,
What do you need?
Just take that message from here,
Feel that energy,
Breathe in and breathe it out.
Allow calming energy to come in through the crown of your head.
As you inhale and as you exhale,
Allow that calming energy to flow throughout your body.
As you inhale,
Breathe in that calming,
Healing energy.
And as you breathe out,
Allow that calming energy to flow through you.
Then when you're ready,
Just allow your hands to come back and rest down.
Release yourself of any pressure,
Any expectations,
Any judgment.
I like to end with poems when we look at the wounds.
And this is a channelled poem and it's called The Angels of Healing.
So just take what you need from this practice,
As always,
And take what you need from this poem.
Just focus on that breath as you breathe deeply.
Along the cold moonshore stood a girl who hurt no more.
Taken in by the power of love,
She felt free like she never thought she could.
The doubt had gone,
The pain,
It healed.
She was free,
Freer than she ever thought she'd feel.
Her love shone out like a beacon of light.
She knows now that it pays to give up the fight.
She felt the fear to do what's right.
She took the risk,
She made the leap.
She's now happy,
She's now happy.
And totally free.
The moon she thanked for leading her light.
The stars for guiding her through the lonely nights.
The sun,
It now shines eternally on how it feels to be truly free.
Just take a moment here,
Connecting with that breath,
Checking in with yourself.
Notice how you're feeling now.
Allow yourself to slow down.
Slowing down can make you feel stronger.
Allow yourself this moment,
This gratitude for tapping into that heat of your mind.
Tapping into that healing,
For that awareness,
For the ability to release and let go.
To become more aware.
Like always,
If you'd like some oil in your palms,
Just allow your palms to be face up.
If you prefer not to,
Then allow your palms to be face down.
Stick with that deep inhalations and deep exhalations.
Once you have the oil in your hands,
Just begin to rub your hands together.
Create that warmth,
That friction.
And then hover the hands over the face,
Seal in that goodness,
That light,
That energy.
Breathe it in and breathe it out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Take a big deep breath in through the nose.
And sigh out through the mouth.
Big breath in through the nose.
Big sigh out.
One more big breath in.
And a big breath out.
Just bring your hands together.
Thank you for practicing with me this evening.

Wow. Im very surprised what came up. But it was so needed. And when the tears came, i saw the wound diminish. Thank you for being a vessel and sharing.
