I appreciate the mixture of guided practice and long pauses. Very soothing voice. This meditation is helping me maintain my mindful self compassion practice both on the meditation cushion and in “real” life.

A lot of silence & space in this meditation. Might be tough for absolute beginners, but I found it just enough to keep me on track without distracting me. Thank you 🙏🏽

Long pauses are good as long as you have some affirmations of your own. Too long to repeat just one sentence over and over. The lengths were good for me, didn't get distracted until the end. Good practice for beginners

The space and time allowed to repeat each phrase is very helpful. It allows an opportunity, at least in my mind, for the thoughts that will block or distract to appear and then I have the opportunity to return to the phrase.
