To today's Jedi meditation session.

Take the time to get into a comfortable position and a place where you can enjoy this meditation session.
We'll start off with using a counting breath.
We're just going to do this three times before we begin.
For this we're going to breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out,
Hold.
For three times.
So let us begin.
Breathe in,

Hold,

Breathe out,
Two,

Four,

Breathe out,

Now just take a deep breath and breathe comfortably throughout this exercise.
We will be having moments where you can just take a deep breath and let go.
But this is something that is not mandatory,
It is just recommendations as we talk throughout this meditation.
So just continue to breathe.
And when you need to,
Just take a deep breath and just let go.
This is about acknowledging and accepting who we are,
Where we are,
And where we would like to go.
And just letting go of all the unnecessary weight that we carry around.
Life is a journey and the Jedi path is a process.
You are good.
You can let all that extra weight just go.
You can breathe in and just let it go.
Taking a deep breath and just letting the weight drop off your shoulders,
Relaxing you.
It is okay.
It is okay to feel.
It is okay to be tired.
It is okay to be done.
It is okay to be frustrated.
It is okay to be happy.
Just deep breath and just let go.
Just be here.
Just be you.
It is fine.
You are good.
It is okay to feel the full range of human emotions.
It is okay to be sad.
That doesn't make you weak.
That doesn't make you broken.
You are just you.
And you are doing what you can within the moment and that is a wonderful thing.
Just breathe.
Deep breath.
And let go.
You are capable.
And it is okay if you don't feel that way.
Just take a deep breath and let that go.
It is okay to feel the desire to do more.
To want to be more.
That is great because you are capable of a lot.
But you need to accept who you are right now.
Accept where you are right now.
Deep breath.
And let go.
You have to look at your situation and accept it wholly.
You have to accept the totality of who you are.
We are complex creatures.
We feel a plethora of emotions.
And that is okay.
You are allowed to feel.
So allow yourself this moment.
Allow yourself just to feel.
It is okay.
It is okay.
Accept this.
Accept life.
Accept this moment.
Your challenges.
Your triumphs.
You are an amazing person.
You have survived so much and you are still going.
You have faced hardship and you are still here.
You are still moving forward.
You are still fighting.
You are an inspiration.
It doesn't matter.
If you don't feel like that all the time,
That is okay.
You just being you is more than enough.
Continue your journey.
Continue your growth.
Continue to seek to become the person you want to be.
You have time.
You can trust the process.
You are worth the investment.
We learn from our mistakes.
It may take time,
But we learn and we grow.
And that is okay.
You are doing just fine.
Acknowledge,
Accept,
And move forward Jedi.
You are capable.
You have to be willing to face yourself and then be willing to just let go of all that extra weight.
Just let go.
