Hello people,

Welcome to this meditation for your emotions around your physical pain.

Emotions are heavily wrapped up in your physical pain,

Affecting them much more than you think.

They are intertwined and entangled.

In this meditation we are going to notice this and release whatever does not serve us.

Releasing through acceptance and compassion.

So if you already haven't,

Let's just close our eyes and come right into this particular space.

Bringing in a sense of curiosity right from the get-go.

Watching what your internal body is doing right now.

Being sensitive to the subtle changes.

Maybe there is pains in certain parts or warmness in others.

Maybe your thoughts are very busy right now.

Thinking about work,

Your relationships or friendships.

Just notice.

If you can allow it all to be there and your awareness to drift to wherever it needs to go.

No goals and nothing to do in particular.

Now let's notice our physical pain.

Bringing up the area it manifests in.

First and foremost,

How does that feel for you emotionally?

It may be subtle.

You may not feel much at all but just have patience.

Broad into the area.

Feel around.

Be creative.

Are you feeling anger or frustration when the pain arises in you?

Let it be there.

Just noticing.

There's nothing you need to do about these emotions.

Just notice.

You don't need to feel guilt or shame for feeling them.

If you do,

Just notice the guilt and shame.

Going right to the root of the emotion and allowing it to express itself.

Expression just means to allow the sensation of the emotion to flow in whatever direction it wishes.

Even if it brings you to tears,

It's okay.

Your system has got this and knows how to deal with it.

It's safe to allow it to be there.

Although it may not seem safe,

I am with you.

Now we are going to place our hands in the space wherever the emotion is coming up.

Maybe it's in your chest or maybe it's in your stomach.

Maybe it's in the physical pain area itself.

And just give this area a rub.

It's just giving it a helping hand for expression.

Nurturing it and looking after it.

Applauding it for its appearance within your life.

These emotions are there for your protection.

To protect you from your pain.

I'm here to say to you it's okay.

You do not need protection from it.

Your pain is here to help you.

Let the emotions express and protect.

If you resist these emotions,

You only reinforce them.

Keep on rubbing the pain area and share some love for it.

It's okay that it's here.

Now visualizing a vibrant green light inside of your emotional pain area.

This green light replenishes and refreshes this area.

It allows for a safe space for the expression of your emotional pain.

Refreshing.

Refreshing.

Refreshing.

Swirling in and around the area.

Going into the very DNA.

Any dense energy becomes automatically lighter.

The green light promotes the environment for acceptance.

Whatever happens within this space,

It will never be able to affect or harm you.

This green light will protect you.

Allowing yourself to notice and feel the pain area again.

Even if it's your physical pain,

It's all interrelated.

Physical and emotional pain are almost the same thing.

They both have sensations that are either comfortable or uncomfortable within the body.

Just feel.

You are powerful.

You are a brave person.

Well done.

Now as this meditation comes to an end,

Appreciate yourself turning up to this meditation.

This just shows that you have the braveness and courage to go into yourself.

I can only try and guide you but ultimately you are the master of your own destiny.

That's how powerful you are.

That is a fact my friend.

So moving your body around to come back to the world.

Then opening your eyes.

Well done.

Thank you for listening to this meditation.

All the power and courage to you.

See you soon.
