Let's just visualize that we have a wonderful healing body cream in our hands.
This cream is incredibly potent.
Strengthening,
Rebalancing and healing the area of the calf and lower leg.
You apply this cream on your injury.
Maybe it's applied on your calf or your shins or both.
It is completely up to you.
The cream soaks into your skin,
Into your muscles surrounding the area.
Feeling whatever comes up.
Whether it is painful or comforting.
Feel.
Feel.
Feel.
It is not about what comes up in this area.
It's about what comes up in this moment.
It's about how you react to what's coming up in this area.
It's about accepting and allowing whatever comes up to just be there.
To be there as a part of yourself.
As an extension of your center.
The cream is healing the area as we speak.
This doesn't necessarily mean you must be feeling comfort.
Healing is just about bringing a certain area back into a balanced state.
Allow the discomfort to settle in.
Allow the comfort or comfort to come through you when it comes up.
If nothing is coming up,
That's okay.
We are just noticing this area.
Being aware and very attentive to it.
Allowing the body to do whatever it needs to do.
We do not know what it needs to do.
We are not in direct control of the healing process.
The body is.
The body has got this.
For the next few moments,
Allow the body's processes to act without the need to control.
Trying to control the body is a waste of energy.
The cream further intensifies the body's energy and directs it towards the healing of the area.

Such intensity.

We are just going to give some gratitude to this area for the last few moments of this meditation.
We always must remember that when this area was healthy,
It performed such a vital role for us.
Allowing us to be stable and sufficient in our movements.
This increase in pain and difficulty in this area is teaching you gratitude.
This area only wants the best for you.

Let's gently move our bodies around.
As this meditation comes to an end.
Stretching our wonderful bodies.
Taking a big breath in.
And breathing out.
