Hi,
Good morning and welcome to this meditation where we remember our newness.
And our ability to experience the world through fresh lenses.
Let's begin by allowing for your eyes to close.
And just taking a moment to drop in.
We can take a deep breath in of this new day,
Recognizing that we are different.
And exhaling out anything stagnant you've been carrying.
Another big breath in of fresh air as it's a new day and we are also new.
And on the exhale,
Letting out anything that needs to be let go of today.
One more time,
Big breath in,
Filling every branch of your lung.
What an incredible fresh start to this new day.
And exhaling out the old,
Making more room for new opportunity,
Connections,
Growth,
And experiences.
As your breathing returns to normal,
Do a scan of your energy field from head to toe noticing where you're at today.
Maybe you can recognize all the little ways in which you are different today than you've ever been.
Maybe it's just a feeling.
Maybe it's understanding that as you've slept,
Some of your cells have regenerated new cells.
And maybe it's the knowing that you no longer allow things that you have in the past.
Maybe you've broken some old cycles and are now available to more new experiences.
Tap into your body.
How did you sleep?
What are you wanting to remind yourself of this morning?
In what ways do you intentionally want to use your energy today?
And maybe it's here you start to notice a little light in the center of your chest.
And you can sense that this light represents your luminescence,
Your brilliance,
Your bright energy.
And start to breathe into this light,
Causing it to build,
Almost like turning up the dial on this light as much as you want.
Notice how the more you breathe into this light,
Its brilliance floods your entire body.
How does that feel?
Notice how it spills out of your chest,
Your eyes.
Out of every single fingertip.
Out of the soles of your feet.
Notice how it soaks into the spaces around you,
Infiltrating the air that you breathe.
Keeping you in that blissful feedback loop of illuminating bright light and positivity.
As you emanate.
And soak in this incredible pure energy.
I'll state some affirmations you can repeat silently or aloud.
Today I celebrate the fact that I am alive.
I will interact with life today differently than I have ever before.
I am open to being shown just how pleasurable this can all get.
I'm open to being shown just how easy this can all get.
I'm excited for the newness in which I am a magnet to.
I am aware of the freshness around me.
I am seeing with clear eyes and feeling with a pure heart.
I'm so thankful.
For the depth of this moment.
Great work.

Amplifying the state.

Anchoring it all in.
Into the mirror of your bones,
