This breathwork meditation uses circular breathing: inhaling continuously in and out of your mouth. This breathwork is intended as a way for you to: 1- regain control 2- ease anxiety 3- boost your overall well-being This is like a reset button for your mind, and nervous system, allowing you to stay calm, grounded, and find inner peace even when you're dealing with a challenging boss. Welcome being in a toxic work environment and having a toxic boss can be very difficult It can put us on edge.

It can trigger our fight-or-flight It can really cause some havoc in our nervous system we're gonna be doing a Circular breathing technique where you're gonna be letting air in from your mouth and out from your mouth We're gonna be bringing in some energy to clear some of those feelings and To give yourself some time in order to have some of those emotions surface allow them to pass and move through so that you can show up with a little bit more clarity a little bit more confidence and reassurance So that you can have the eloquence and the words in order to take the next logical step I Encourage you to be in a Comfortable either seated position or a reclined position laying down You might feel your hands get a little tingly you might get a little cold Just notice the sensations and allow your breath to show you how fast or how slow you'd like to take this technique Simply listen to the music inhale from your mouth and exhale from your mouth Allowing the air to come in and out in and out allowing those feelings to surface of anger of frustration You're doing a great job You're doing the best that you can and He's so hard when doing your best is not enough Remind yourself of the truth That you are enough That you're doing your best That you're exactly where you need to be That nothing has gone wrong You have the strength to handle this situation That this is not forever and Allow your breath to heal you To go into those pockets of darkness feel so isolating and and You can trust yourself You don't need someone else's validation Become that safe space you're looking for in and How your breath To wash over you To experience that clarity that you're seeking So that you can take that next logical step in and Now we're gonna take three mindful inhales from our nose Exhaling from our mouth nice and slowly Inhaling from our nose Exhaling slowly Inhaling from our nose and Exhaling slowly feeling the peace the ease and The calm that you've just created and taking that to your job Into your next conversation with your boss Standing grounded in who you are Knowing that you've done nothing wrong You're exactly where you need to be and all is well here
