I needed to her this today, after witnessing a Christian death with prayers and blessings and anointing,
it make me wonder a lot about faith and my own spiritual life.

I’m not sure why I like it so much but I did. It gave me a sense of “ I’m doing good”, even though I am not doing the same thing as everyone else.

Thank You, Oliver!! It is so interersting that I had the exact same thought recently, since I have some vegan friends. And some of my friends thinks it is "soooo boooring" to meditate - and then I usually respond with "yes, some people think so. So what do you like to do?"
"Oh! I drift away when I /paint /clean/cook.."
And then I say (giggle) :
"Oh, so you DO meditate! How wonderful to drift away and feel completely in the
"now" when ...! "

This morning I posted a picture, right after a meditation by you. My dog layed on her back the entire time, and she probably felt my calmness. I called the pic
"Morning Meditation" and all my friends has put a thumbs up, not really knowing that that was what really had happened. I will continue spreding the word like this.. Eventually maybe someone gets curious. Or not. Doesn't matter, actually, all living has the right to be who they are and live in peace in that on this marvelous planet.
