Dumb crowdle how do you smell it?

Hello.

In this meditation we will be exploring self-doubt,

What it means,

Why it comes in,

And the lessons we can learn when we confront it,

Accept it,

And allow it to become integrated in our being.

From my own personal experience,

Self-doubt always comes in to teach me a lesson about who I think I am.

Often when I have forgotten who I am,

What I am capable of,

And why am I here,

I feel lost.

Not just lost,

But without purpose.

And this often sets off a spiralling motion of thoughts that lead downward and leave me feeling without possibility.

Like an implosion where all energetic threads are what you can manifest,

What you can be powerful with,

And most importantly being in a space of love.

It's like a paradox,

Like when somebody tells you to keep your chin up,

Or to smile,

And every fibre of your being resists it.

Like a toddler in a tantrum,

The last thing you'd want to do is just calm down,

Breathe,

Sit,

And be present.

And again from personal experience,

This is usually out of the fear of the part of you that is holding on to that self-doubt as a narrative to inform and give your feeling meaning.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with sinking into that feeling,

Exploring that self-doubt.

It is often a question of responsibility.

We try to outsource it.

This has happened to me.

Oh,

I need to put it off until next week.

Oh,

Just for today I'll feel this self-doubt.

And equally all of those things are okay.

The trouble is of course,

And the irritation arises because of,

The fact that we know we have to confront it and we have to come out of it if we are to be the happy loving beings that at our core we know we are.

If you're in a period of self-doubt right now,

Ask yourself this one simple question.

How are you breathing?

The breath is the first great tide,

The slight subtle rhythm from which all rhythms of our day are set.

If you're holding on to that tension deep down in your belly,

And you're breathing like that all up in the chest,

You carry that.

You carry that around with you,

Unable to be reflexive to what comes to you in your day.

Tight tense and unable to witness the things that come to you as a mirror to teach you about yourself.

Self-doubt,

In my own experience,

Arises when we are unable to accept feelings that we have about ourselves.

And of course,

When this happens,

We are then unable to accept parts of our outer world that come to mirror these feelings within ourselves.

So as we start now,

I'd just like to start with the breath.

If you're sat or lying comfortably,

Closing your eyes,

Just ask you to put one hand upon your heart,

And the other just below your belly button where your diarthrom sits.

We're going to set up a nice rhythm in our breath,

Just to reset,

Just to sink into that loving tide of breathing in and out that we give ourselves.

So as you breathe in,

Just rising the diaphragm and feeling that hand below your belly button lift.

And as you breathe out,

Just feeling that hand sink back down.

Just finding your own natural rhythm and relaxing and setting in to your own personal tide of the breath.

I welcome you to hold this intent and share it with me.

That the breath is a loving expression of the love that you have for yourself.

When you breathe in,

You nourish yourself.

And when you breathe out,

You lovingly release all the things that don't serve you any longer.

So as we're breathing in and breathing out now,

We're just holding that intent,

Able to love and express ourselves in this way,

To let go of some of that control.

And just allow that breath to come easily.

As we do not fear it,

We do not fear the slow of the pace.

For the gains we make on all levels are best acquired with a soft focused,

A loving hand that starts with the breath.

In and out,

Like the lazy lapping of the shore,

The ocean tide.

In and out.

Holding ourselves and breathing for no one else in this moment.

Just seeing this act of slowing down,

Focusing on our own self as an act of self love.

Of course the funny thing is,

Is that when we do slow down and breathe,

Everything else,

All of our concerns and worries and tension is just able to unfurl.

And we realize that it's nothing to be worked through,

Nothing to be ploughed away at.

We're just giving it time to release it,

That energy to find its natural flow and form yet again.

Of course the wonderful thing is,

That when we slow down to do this,

We're able to accept all the loving help that exists around us.

Angels,

Spirit guides,

Totems,

Whatever word or construct you have for that.

These are all useful,

But just try to remember the love.

The love that surrounds.

The love that is available to you at all times if you but ask.

Focusing on that allows us to let go of the control and allows the love just to be there.

So if you're held by your breath and nice and comfortable and holding that intent of accepting love,

Allowing you to lessen and let go of some of that self doubt,

I'm going to ding the bowl and just leave you for five minutes here,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Held in love,

Just accepting those gifts that surround you with trust.

Everyone involved at Mooji Festival holds in our supreme principle because it's about still breathing in and breathing out,

Just held in that space of love and just repeating in your mind this affirmation I let go of control and I let in love I let go of control I let go of control I let go of control I let go of control I let go of control still in that tide of self love breathing in and breathing out and repeating the affirmation again I let go of control and I let in love I let go of control still in that tide of self love and now for the last time really holding yourself in self love feeling that connection with the beings around you and the love that exists in this universe for you just repeating the affirmation again I let go of control and I let in love I let go of control I once read that all beings,

No matter what their level or path in their own evolution still experience an element of struggle and I still to this day find that quite comforting as we gather experience travel through our own dark times where we've lost that light at the end of the tunnel remember this you will find it again if only you ask the path back to love needs no map all you need to do is ask and it be shown and I know from my own experience that when we fall off it as soon as we step our feet back upon it all of the information about how to look after ourselves,

How to believe in ourselves and how to live in God's love comes flooding back to us in an instant these times of darkness within ourselves are there for a reason just as I hope you've experienced this in this meditation love is not a resource that is in scarcity nor can it be bought or sold it is yours and it is your natural state and all the help in all the worlds is always there to nudge you back upon it remember the affirmation repeat it as often as you need to I let go of control and I let in love your breath is the power for that one and your breath is the power for you as always lots of love and I hope to see you again soon thank you
