Make yourself comfortable whether you are sitting or lying down.

And leave this day behind.

This time right now is the time for you to take a break and reconnect with your breath and the calmness inside you.

So when you are ready focus on your breath.

And in your mind repeat these words after me.

Breathing in I calm my body.

Breathing out I smile.

Breathing in I calm my body.

Breathing out I smile.

Breathing in I calm my body.

Breathing out I smile.

Breathing in I calm my body.

Breathing out I smile.

I know this is a wonderful moment.

I feel safe and loved.

Breathing in I calm my mind.

Breathing out I smile.

Breathing in I calm my mind.

Breathing out I smile.

Breathing in I calm my mind.

Breathing out I smile.

Breathing in I calm my mind.

Breathing out I smile.

I know this is a wonderful moment.

I feel safe and loved.

All is well.
