In this calm garden visualisation, you’ll learn to adjust an inner “bloating dial,” releasing tension and inviting comfort back into your body. Surrounded by nature, you gently turn the dial down until your belly feels light and relaxed. This track helps you re-establish a sense of control and safety within your body, reminding you that you can always return to comfort. A simple, empowering tool for moments when your gut feels bloated or tight.

Transcript

Take a lovely deep breath in and a long slow breath out and the next time you breathe in look up towards your forehead and as you breathe out gently close down your eyes.

See,

Feel or imagine yourself sitting comfortably in a peaceful garden in the early morning.

The air is fresh,

Colourful flowers opening up to the sun,

The soft sounds of nature surround you,

Birds chirping,

The rustling of leaves.

In front of you you find a little dial that's numbered 1 to 10 and this dial represents your bloating and you notice that it's currently turned right up and as you sit here in the garden relaxed at ease you have the power to turn the dial down.

So reaching out you gently turn the dial down just a little bit at first and as you turn it you feel your bloating easing,

The tightness releasing and your belly softening.

You go ahead and turn the dial down a little bit more feeling the relief spreading through your body.

Each small turn you take allows you to feel lighter and more at ease,

Free from the discomfort you were once feeling.

And so you turn it down one more time to a place on the dial that feels right comfortable,

Easy and you feel so at peace knowing that you can come back to this garden,

Back to this dial at any time.

It might turn up on different days but you have the ability to gently turn it back down and in a moment I'm going to count from one to three and when I say three you'll open your eyes feeling relaxed,

Light and free from discomfort.

One,

Noticing your body resting on the surface beneath you.

Two,

Taking a deep breath in and sighing it out.

Three,

Opening your eyes when you're ready.
